I answered these questions thinking of this provider as my regular sleep medicine provider (e.g., rather than PCP). All interactions with my regular sleep medicine provider have been very good, received help or information that I asked for in respectful & knowledgeable manner. Would gladly refer others to Dr. Chang.

Dr. Chang is great. He listens to concerns, and is thorough in his explanations.

Good: 1.Provider was on time and there was no waitNot so good: 1. The provider didn't seem to know enough about the subject matter. His responses were poorer in quality than what I can get readily from Gemini or ChatGPT. He did not live up to the expectation of a specialist with expertise in sleep medicine. 2. He was somewhat dismissive of my concerns rather than listen, process and provide guidance and next steps. 3. He seemed to be in a hurry

Dr. Chang is an amazing Dr. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He treated me with dignity and respect. I will stay with him as long a I can. I highly recommend him.
