Dr Morris Chang was exceptional in every way. He was not only extremely thorough and knowledgeable, but he was friendly and treated me like I really mattered. We even had a good belly laugh together, which laughter is the best medicine and I felt so comfortable and at ease with him like he was intensely concerned about me and wanted to find a solution. His evaluation seemed even more thorough than my general practitioner. He did the skin test by pressing on the skin on my lower leg near my ankle to make sure I had proper circulation, which my general practitioner never did. I have always been concerned because I have varicose veins and he really took the time to examine me thoroughly. He was not in a rush at all, but did things expertly and efficiently. I was so impressed with his overall friendly attitude towards me. It made me so comfortable. I was able to listen and retain everything he was conveying to me. I did not feel like a number or just another body to process, but felt valued as a human being. You are very fortunate to have such a wonderful professional as part of your family tree. I had many concerns which he completely listened to me and gave me his complete attention and I felt heard and understood.

He was very straight forward (which I like) and obviously knew what he was talking about and was able to easily articulate the information to me in an easy to comprehend way. Dr. Morris Chang is excellent, among one of the best medical professionals I have. He explains sleep and CPAP medical information with clarity and a sufficient level of detail. I never feel that he wants to "rush me" out of the office. He always greets my wife and asks about her observations regarding my CPAP use and sleep habits. He is friendly and seems genuinely interested in my personal health. I have a good understanding of the CPAP protocol he suggests or the plan for monitoring sleep conditions during the next few years. I appreciate his professionalism and respect his medical judgement.
