The provider was dismissive, rude, and condescending. She did not ask about my symptoms and was not educated on current diagnostic criteria.

This survey assumes I saw my primary care provider, but Dr. Chandramouli is a specialist, and I waited 9 months for the eventual appointment due to changes of personnel availability and scheduling. My situation was annoying but not urgent, or I would have pressed harder to be seen sooner. The doctor was great! She examined me carefully, went over my history in detail, explained her thoughts about my symptoms and why she thought that, ordered tests to help determine if her conclusions were correct, sent me messaged through My Chart promptly upon receiving test results. My mind is eased as to what is going on in my body and I know I can see her again if needed.
