The person who checked me in was especially kind, caring and friendly. I was very impressed to be called back for my appointment at exactly the appointment time! Dr. Chandramouli is not only very knowledgeable about my condition, but she really listens to me and helps me understand what steps need to be taken. Also, Dr. Chandramouli and her team are very receptive to messages sent through the portal.

I have a lot of drs but I wish they are were as great as Dr C. She's an incredible listener and always gets back quickly with questions in text or results. I wish all my drs were like her. I trust her.

Great experience top to bottom, start to finish. From the check in with the front desk team, to the MA, to the doctor, the entire team was helpful and in a positive mood. It really made a difference and made my visit and great experience. Also, the labcorp tech who drew my blood was just as great and made the process easy.

I was running late, traveling from Lacey to Seattle. I messaged Dr. Chandramoulis MA and she told me not to worry, to drive safe. What a relief! I was so stressed prior to that! At check in, the lady treated me with complete kindness, understanding, and she went above and beyond to get me checked in quickly. She fixed my insurance and made sure it was straight. She was so friendly and brought a smile to my face! She had a very cute jacket on. I wish I could remember their names'. The MA that took me back was so sweet & understanding. Dr. Chandramouli must have the best support staff! Thank you for making this experience less stressful and for showing compassion. I'm an RN and work in leadership over ambulatory clinics. I hope that our staff treat our patients this way. Dr. Chandramouli is always kind and thoughtful. She doesn't judge, she doesn't pressure me to try things. She just listens. You're all incredible!

Dr. C. Is always informed about my case, compassionate, ready to answer questions and make suggestions, and always careful to coordinate with my other doctors, since she is not my PCP and since my (outside) dermatologist is also involved with treating the conditions that I come to her for. I have ZERO concerns about the thoroughness or competence of her care.

Doctor speaks with a humanistic approach and has never spoken in a condescending manner. I feel like she really listens to any concerns.

The doctor was thorough and interested in me as a patient. I really appreciated that. I have seen 2 other rheumatologists before at other places and this was by far the best one I have seen.

This was my first time with this provider. It was a great experience. She had a good knowledge of my medical history, and asked probing questions about my problem. She did a great job explaining possible courses of treatment and sent me off with a good program of medication.

She caught something that is incurable but I know she'll do her best to help me live the best life I can. Thank you for employing her. She's absolutely wonderful.

Dr Chandramouli is probably the best doctor I have ever had. She knows my history and my condition, and is an excellent communicator. In addition her staff are extremely capable, lining up labs and a pharmacotherapy appointment for me right after my visit with her so I didn't have to make a separate trip (I live in Sequim, so getting into Seattle is a big deal for me).

Very good doctor because she helps me with my arthritis problems. I like her very much; she is caring and very nice.
