Dr Kramm is very good and personable.

I was impressed with Dr. Kramm. She was so attentive to my issues and helped me figure it out. I was also impressed that I was able to do my X-rays and bloodwork right there after my visit.

I felt unseen. I don't wave with a feeling of support and value that I feel like a patient with chronic pain should experience or feel. I felt like because I had been seen at another place and nothing seems to be adding up or the provider gave me a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and then told me she doesn't treat it and I needed to follow up with my PCP. However, she did not ask me if I had a PCP to follow up with. She then told me that she would be right back, she then left the room and never came back. Her nurse came in and said, "OK, you can go." It was the most uncomfortable appointment, and this health system is broken, and I'm saddened but utterly dismal that I feel like I have been receiving.

Dr. Kramm was trying to be helpful, but she didn't understand my question and we spent the nice long appointment talking about the wrong thing.

Both my wife and I love Dr Kramm. Hope she's treated well and kept on at Pac-Med

Dr Kramm was well versed about my diagnosis of PMR

Being a new patient it took a few months to be seen but I got very good care and my husband learned all about my issues

She seemed distracted during our appointment, didn't really address some of the main concerns I talked about or acknowledge them. It just seemed like she was in a rush and told me I had fibromyalgia, which kind of seemed like an excuse and she didn't explain it very clearly either. Then she didn't offer any major solutions besides telling me that I could go to my PCP to ask for prescription anti-inflammatories. I'm not sure why she would not have been able to prescribe them if she thought I needed them. And she also didn't address a couple of other areas on my body that I was concerned about. She could've even told me that those things I pointed out weren't her area of specialty and I would have understood, but instead she just dismissed it by saying it reminded her of the throat chakra (not sure what to do with that?). She checked her phone a few times too, and told me she was also on call for the hospital, and I know that's not her fault, but it made me feel like she was just trying to rush through our appointment and that she wasn't totally paying attention. And after she asked me to sit on the examination table for a couple minutes, I didn't know that she was done with any examinations and wanted me to sit back in the chair that was near the computer, and then she sort of rudely told me that she wanted me to come back and sit in that chair because she didn't want to have to keep turning around to talk to me. Ultimately, it was good news that she told me I didn't have any major conditions that would've required seeing a rheumatologist long-term, but because of that it just made me feel like she was not really caring or fully paying attention and trying to get through the appointment quickly.

I have already recommended a friend to see Dr. Kramm. She has helped my friend quite a bit!
