She listened to everything I had to say and took concern with it and explain everything that was going to happen at any questions I had. She answered them completely. She was absolutely amazing.

Overall a good experience. I was allowed to decide on treatment options and given time to reconsider if needed.

All went as well as expected.

I had never seen this provider before but she was super nice! I felt comfortable with her. She reassured me everything will be ok. Side note: I want to also say that everyone I came in contact the day of surgery was also super nice. I used to panic when I've had surgery's in the past but I did not this time. That's because of the receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor. Thank you all for making it a calm experience for me.

This provider was vastly better than the one I saw previously for this. And the fact you can't check in at the desk, but have to do it downstairs at the front door is stupid.
