This doctor was great; very clear explanations and patiently listened. And the scheduler was excellent.

I had a good experience, very friendly receptionist and nurse and the Doctor was very nice as well

I prefer a physician who is friendly and approachable. Dr Lagbos was professional but extremely clinical and linear. It was a Q&A followed by a recommendation for testing. I was a patient and not a human.

Dr Lagbas was very informative and explained everything professionally and I was able to understand what he was saying due to my study of the anatomy.

I feel like my provider really cared about helping me. I feel like I can trust my provider and that there is finally some hope for healing or a path to healing and treating my injury.

I really like the receptionist at Dr. Lagbas' Office, the nurse or medical assistant, and the doctor Himself. Always listens truth, fancy human being, and acts like one too.

Everything is great! I of course, like everyone, wishes things could be scheduled faster and with fewer obstacles!

I expected this provider to actually be a little more hands-on. Also, he wanted an x-ray of my neck in an extended position, and the x-rays I had that day were straight on and we're not of the extension. I've been asked to come back now. But, I'm out of town for a while.

I would like an explanation of my x-rays in layman terms

It took me over five months from my initial issue to see this doctor. He is clearly overbooked, not his fault. My condition did improve somewhat during that time, mostly due to a good physical therapist.

This was a follow up for back pain. I would have liked to get in sooner. Otherwise good

The provider explained everything clearly although l came away feeling that it's taken very long for me to get treatment. Since June 2024. Noone seems to understand that the pain is getting worse as l keep getting appointment after appointment. I'm feeling hopeless as l no longer know how to convince them.

Doctor had no compassion for my level of pain and need for respect

I messaged Dr Lagbas several times, and he responded promptly and thoroughly every time.

The doctor explained a new procedure that I could have done and he was very courteous.

Dr Lagbas is an exceptional doctor. Easy to talk with, he is an excellent listener and he encourages me to express my opinions and feelings and he always shows me the highest respect. He always explains alternatives and the details of medical plans and tests in a way easy for me to understand. I feel like I'm working with Dr Lagbas on my health care, that we work together and he is very supportive and positive and friendly in his manner. He also shows considerable knowledge & experpertise. Great doctor.

Extremely good

I had never had nerve pain so I was really scared and concerned. Seeing Dr. Lagbas for the first time, I left my appointment feeling that he really cared about me, listened to me and made a plan for my next appointment.

Messy appointment scheduling virtually, also the last time I was there in person I had to wait alone in the appointment room for 30 minutes before I could get the injection. I didn't feel the doctor spent enough time attempting to diagnose the issue either, assumptions were made quickly and I did not get a diagnosis.

Everyone was top notch - appreciate their help!
