Dr. Patel was so kind and compassionate, I really felt listened to. All of the doctors I've met with at that facility have been great, but she went above and beyond in how she explained things to me clearly. She recommended I start physical therapy, and looked up potential physical therapists that might fit my specific schedule right in front of me, which made me feel important and valued as an individual. I can't express how much of a relief it has been to finally see medical providers who listen and make me feel like a person.

My experiences with my providers have all been positive, I especially appreciate the promptness of the staff and very little to no wait times. I've never had long waits in the waiting room or in the exam rooms.

I see Dr. Patel for a specialty visit, not a routine or check up visit. She is very helpful and clear. She has ordered a second invasive procedure but USFHP processes all referrals very slowly.

OUTSTANDING Visit. Dr Patel made me feel very comfortable. Her questions were spot on. I left with a feeling that she had my best interests at heart. I was very satisfied with the visit.

Fast visit. Same place for the procedure like X-ray. Resulted FAST! I love it! No wait for radiology procedure.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Patel. She helped me understand my condition better and still working on a solution. I didn't have to ask to many questions because she told me a lot that I could understand. And recommend some procedures to find the source w the problem. I felt very good after our visit.

It was just a follow up but we did address other issues bothering me.

She let me know about GoodRx which helps me with prescription medication significantly!

Nerve Conduction Test was given with explanation all along the way and was asked repeatedly if I was doing ok and kept apologizing for the temporary discomfort I experienced. She was very nice, caring and communicative.
