Dr. Snyder is outstanding in his methodical approach to diagnosis. He does not jump to hasty conclusions; instead, he orders appropriate tests to narrow the possible causes of pain. He also recognizes the limits of diagnostic tools, so he's great at suggestions/resources for management even when precise cause remains ambiguous. His smart suggestion of pool physical therapy helped me start regaining some movement. Brilliant! I'm also grateful for how both he and his team quickly and helpfully answer mychart questions when I'm scared and hurting.Last but not least, he fit me in when the front desk discovered I'd accidentally canceled the wrong doctor appointment. Reaching the clinic is hard, so it was a big deal for me.

Dr Snyder is one of the most patient and thorough providers I have ever seen as a patient. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling that my concerns have been understood and addressed.

I overslept that day, so I contacted the office explaining I would be a bit late. Doctor asked if I would like a televisit and I agreed. We discussed my current condition, reviewed my medications, he asked to see me walk.He is referring me for a cat scan physical therapy, and a surgical consult. He additionally called me later to ask me if I could try to cut down on my ibuprofen intake because of the danger. I'm very happy with him.

Thanks to Dr. Snyder in particular for:1) Being the first to prescribe tizanidine for muscle spams, and then going through insurer hoops to repeatedly try refill after the insurer incorrectly canceled my prescription coverage. This drug bumped my body out of a very bad spiral last summer, when the muscle spasms in my neck were so bad that I was simply sobbing in bed for weeks due to extreme pain.2) Suggesting that muscle spasms in leg/foot might be due to compression in my lower back. My PT had never attempted to loosen up my muscle spasms in my lower back because there were so many worse spots. Low and behold, loosening my lower back those got my right foot to go out of spasm, at least temporarily, for the first time in 18 years!!!!!!!!!!!! Now we have a new direction to go for helping me walk/stand/sleep.

Benjamin was great and made sure I get the best care. He was very helpful with my questions. The office was very nice and clean, the clerks were also very nice and accommodating.
