One of the best medical providers that I have ever worked with

Extremely helpful and clear explanations of my illness, medications, side effects, and my fitness plan.

She was wonderful. She explained what I needed to know. Also realizes dealing with cancer patients that are memories are effected, so reminded me of important side effects of the medication she prescribed (which she quickly realized I need to hear). We agreed that I would return to her only when I felt it was needed. She's a great provider.

The provider is kind, empathic, and knowledgeable. She makes me feel comfortable to ask any questions, listens and addresses my concerns.

Dr. Herbert is absolutely the best! She is always week prepared for my visits and is up to date on my health situation. She spends enough time with me which allows us to communicate on a deeper level. She is extremely knowledgeable and realistic. When I was checking out with the MA at the back-office desk, there was aggressive type of music playing on the screen behind his seat. I found it to be beyond inappropriate and was shocked. The person who sits there wasn't even there, but the computer with dual screens was logged on and the left one had this song playing and it was loud. I couldn't believe others were ok with it.
