GREAT bedside manner.

The provider was somewhat concerned for my care

This is the second nerve conduction study I've had with Dr. Kobayashi and both times I've been impressed. Not only is he personable but really took the time to do the test and understand it fully. If I ever need another test I'll definitely be coming back to him and would recommend him to anyone else needing similar help.

Excellent experience overall

I appreciate the time Dr. Kobayashi took with me and the fact that he listened to my concerns and desire to hold off on medication if possible.

I though Dr. Kobayashi was great. While the testing procedure itself wasn't pleasant, talking to Dr. Kobayashi during the testing was a pleasure and helped endure the testing process.

He was kind and ordered an mri. I'm excited to see the results and find out how he can help me. I wish it was a faster process though

Dr. Kobayashi always sets aside plenty of time for me, so that I don't feel rushed. He makes me feel at ease talking about my issues and concerns and he never seems to lose his patience, listening carefully and explaining things in detail. I feel taken seriously and well taken cared for. He ordered tests for me which were meant to shed light on the nature of some pain and symptoms I was having. Dr. Kobayashi has wonderful bedside manners, he is courteous, friendly and polite. He contacted me and let me know about the test results and explained their significance in a very timely manner, as soon as they were available. His entire care team was wonderful and there was practically no wait time. I got the appointment the next day, which I appreciated, since I had a flare-up of my back pain of a more acute nature.

This was a first visit to this provider and he took the time to try and pinpoint the cause of my pain by covering many areas. Ordered what I felt yo be appropriate tests. I never felt like I was a bother or he was rushing. He exhibited concern for determining was wrong with me. He has since communicated via MyChart reassuring me he would cover the test results via a video appointment.
