This was my first visit with Dr. Galgon and she clearly had reviewed all my records, and even did research on the effects of polio that could be contributing to my situation. I had polio as an infant, but Dr. Galgon suspected it might be a contributing factor.

Very thorough assessment and plan

Dr. Galgon was very easy to talk to.

I have been with Swedish for over 20 years, they have provided excellent care. I have had. 3 care providers and Swedish and all practice with compassion and understanding.

The doctor was kind, understanding, down to earth and helpful.

My top two concerns, I was seen for were not both addressed, and the one that was discussed was not addressed sufficiently to provide any new insights or care that would assist me in managing my condition. The doctor did not have any referrals or resources that were accessible to me for the condition we discussed. My second condition for the appointment was not addressed at all despite sharing the worsening shown by comparismng recent to historic MRI.

Dr Galgon Is a very good Dr. She is nice and caring and detailed. She has a plan and starts it when you are there & saves an xray trip. She tells you call me If you need me.

Wait time in the waiting room was on schedule. Once I got into the exam room, the MA did explain that the doctor was running about 15 minutes behind. I sat in the exam room for 35 minutes before the doctor showed up. The doctor was very knowledgeable, but I felt she could be a little "friendlier". She was pretty serious.

My experience with Dr. Galgon was excellent. She listens and responds with options for solutions to my issues.

Listened well, and in recent case where I needed CT scans on two adjacent days at two sites, the staff at the first site arranged to do both scans, saving me a trip to another site the next day. Very thoughtful and efficient.

This was a follow-up visit with Dr Galgon to discuss any progress with my spinal issues. She listened to my status, verified that they seemed consistent with her expectations, and she did not try to pressure me into any further visits/tests. My results with Dr Galgon were excellent.

Dr Galgon was such a great provider! She listened to my concerns, explored options and allowed me to ask any questions I had throughout discussing the treatment plan. She had ordered imaging which I needed to know more about the pain I am experiencing and requested to follow up once those were done. Dr Gallon is a great Dr & very caring and knowledgable.

My experience was excellent. The specialty OD stayed later on a Friday just to see me and spent extra time reading all my reports done at BMI and and swiftly delivered by a Swedish primary care OD. I was slow in filling out my paperwork and even this was accommodated. Thank you for excellent care!
