Dr. Young is a very good doctor. Unfortunately, she had none of my records. She didn't seem to have even opened my file until she walked in the door it was far too late by then to find out that she had none of my X-rays, or medical history.

Excellent appointment

I originally had an in-person appointment, but my car broke down on the side of the road on my way to them. I called the office as soon as I was able to, and the back office was so helpful!! They quickly changed my appt to video so that I could still see the provider. The changed a bad morning to a good morning with that helpful change. Thank you so much.

I could have received equal care/direction from my primary care physician rather than waiting for a specialist. I expected a more thorough exam specific to my condition. Overall, the online checkin, paperwork upon arrival and some of the exam questions were repetitive.
