Dr Young listened to my concerns, provided options for continuing care and explained things in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner. She is by far one of the best doctors I have seen for specialized care.

There is serious opportunity for improvement at Swedish. I have experienced a serious decline over time. I have been a patient for at least 20yrs or so. I feel my feedback would be valuable for both the institution and the patient. Thanks

Excellent appointment

I originally had an in-person appointment, but my car broke down on the side of the road on my way to them. I called the office as soon as I was able to, and the back office was so helpful!! They quickly changed my appt to video so that I could still see the provider. The changed a bad morning to a good morning with that helpful change. Thank you so much.

I could have received equal care/direction from my primary care physician rather than waiting for a specialist. I expected a more thorough exam specific to my condition. Overall, the online checkin, paperwork upon arrival and some of the exam questions were repetitive.
