MA was great with my children, speaking to them respect, but also setting boundaries to get the care done. She listened to them and still was timely getting all the tasks done. We really appreciated her. Our provider is calm, speaks clearly, speaks to the children and involves parents. I appreciate how she talks to the kids and listens, keeps them on tasks and still hits the areas of conversation that needs to be talked about at their annual physical. We appreciate her!

Dr. Farrell was wonderful. Very attentive, easy to understand, took time providing my child with explanations, and asked if we had any other concerns to discuss.

My healthcare provider, Emily, was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. She made the whole experience fun and helped me feel really comfortable even though I usually don't like shots! She also gave me the answers I needed and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her positive attitude made a big difference, and I'd definitely come back to see her again.

Dr. Ferrell is so great with my daughter. She really listens to her and us (her parents). I'll never forget being in a state of panic with a newborn during the early pandemic days of 2020; I sent a message and Dr Ferrell called me very soon after. She listened to my concerns and thoughtfully walked through why she wasn't concerned. I didn't feel dismissed; I felt heard and understood. She is an excellent and very skilled physician; I recommend her to anyone asking for suggestions.

It's really hard to get an appointment. You need to schedule wellness visits several months in advance and it's very hard to get a same-day appointment for injury or illness, so we usually go elsewhere for that. We wish we could go to Swedish West Seattle for all our needs. We love Dr. Farrell. She's so thoughtful and thorough and kind and knowledgeable. Truly the best!

Dr. Ferrel and her intern were kind, they listened to our concerns, and had good report with my son.
