This is the 3rd time I have seen Dr. Palaskas. He Is always kind, professional, responsive and has helped me to manage my ear problems between my visits to his office. I appreciate his care and concern as well as his expertise.

He's great at spelling out what I can do to improve my hearing and what I can't do--and should tell people I can't do so they should speak up. Good conversation!

Dr Palaskas was very professional and listened to my concerns and provided realistic options to reduce the recurrence of my ear infections. As well Dr Palaskas took a sample of the ear discharge to test to determine the appropriate treatment.

Dr. Palaskas is wonderful. I am very grateful to have him as my ear doctor. My appointments are easy to schedule because I see him on a regular basis. At the end of each visit, we schedule my next appointment several months in the future. I do not think it would be that easy to get an appointment for immediate care, but I really don't know.

This survey does not cover specialty care very well. Dr Palaskas was perfect for me and gave me a positive path forward with my issue.

Reception was very welcoming. However, the doctor's person who came out to get me was brusk and off putting. I felt unseen and not important to him at all. He seemingly barked through the necessary questions and gave no concern for me at all. I hope I don't encounter him again. He was horrible.

Everyone in my doctor's visit at Pac Med First Hill is kind.

I was happy that the doctor addressed another issue related to my care.

The appointment concerned my hearing loss or at least that's what I thought. Dr Palaskas spent the time listening to my symptoms and then conducted a thorough examination of both my ears, cleaned both ears and proscribed proper ear drops, suggested an ear drying method to prevent further infections and scheduled a follow-up appointment to ensure the infection has gone.

Dr removed a ear tube that was giving me problems for several years. After removal Dr found 25% of my ear drug was torn. I am so glad the Dr listened to me and was able to remove the tube that ultimately caused the tear, so It can hopefully heal now. Very happy to have seen this Dr.

Dr. Palaskas listened carefully to my concerns and provided abundant information and interpretation of my medical data and concerns. I felt he was honest in his opinions and discussed alternate interpretations.

Dr. Palaskas was very attentive, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of listening to my situation and coming up with ideas regarding it. The condition was no longer present by the time of the appointment, but I was able to describe it, and Dr. Palaskas did a good job of understanding the situation while adding relevant interjections.
