This was a great experience, it just took way too long to get an appointment.

I saw Dr Lamperti for the first time at this visit. He simply removed impacted ear wax and it took very little time. He was cordial, professional and informative. Very nice doctor.

He is also an excellent listener and he answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. A very caring and compassionate doctor that ensures that you don't leave his office with unanswered questions and concerns. An all around exceptional medical professional that truly cared about his patients and their well-being.

The provider was nice and respectful however, he did not explain to me about my condition other than I can refer you to a speech therapist. Nothing as to what causes the condition if the condition can be cured none of that was explained. The procedure that he did, he did explain and I appreciate that as we went through it but right now I don't know anything about my condition. I would like that addressed we'll see what you do with that

He is a wonderful healthcare professional who exhibits a genuinely warm caring friendly persona. This made my first visit a very comfortable pleasant experience.

When 4 previous physicians refused or were unable to help me with my condition, Dr. Lamperti was very positive that he could help me. He also thought it was a routine procedure when other physicians thought it would be dangerous or permanently disfiguring. After living with a large cyst in the middle of my cheek for 25 years, it was amazing to find a physician who was willing and able to remove it for me.

Been with Pac med for a long time. Primary care doctor keeps changing. Overall happy with the Medical care provided.

New to this practice and experience was very positive.

My appointment with Dr. Lamperti was for an in-office surgical procedure, as he had explained n an earlier apppointment to explain test results and corrective action recommended. That procedure was professional and quickly accomplished in this appointment. Dr. Lamperti carefully explained the steps in the process before beginning, what to expect during the subsequent recovery period, and daily testaments during that time. In addition to ordering a prescription for me to pick conveniently pick up, he provided a comprehensive information handout of daily treatments until the scheduled followup appointment with him. The entire process was completed exactly as he had explained and performed. Entirely outstanding professional experience.

Dr. Lamberti is good, kind, knowledge, honest and positive doctor. He patiently listen my questions and careful answering my questions. After see him it's comfort me. When I try to make appt for my family doctor, it's hard to schedule in the timely manner .

The medical assistant was not friendly at all, and the receptionist is not friendly at all. The doctor is an excellent professional.

This was a routine post-op follow up visit. Just really wanted follow up at different office closer to my home but this was not available. Follow up visit was quick and all went well.

This is the doctor I go to for my cysts and he does such a great job. He also did stitches on my cancer spot on my face and did a wonderful job. I trust him and know that he will always take care of me and any questions I have.

It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Lamperti. He always makes me feel at ease and that I'm in good hands.

The provider spoke to fast for me to take everything in. With adhd and being older and congested, I missed a few things. I was too embarrassed to ask him to slow down. I was hoping that the provider would have included a brief summary of the state of my left sinus cavity, septum, etc. Because I forget some of what he said. He was very nice and I could tell he had read my chart. I understood my treatment plan.

Dr Lamperti was very cordial and professional. My only issue is that when I had an acute problem with my ears/sinuses I could not schedule a time to see him until 2 months later. By this time my problem had somewhat resolved on its own. It was difficult to show/describe the symptoms when they were in remission and yet I know they might recur again in the future.
