I really appreciated the Tanya's thoroughness. It was the most comprehensive visit with a medical professional I've had in a very long time

Tanya made herself available for me when no appointments were open for my immedeiate needs. To get quick attention to my spine specialist referral from Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, which was unusually time sensitive due to my travel plans. She ordered all the necessary imaging and went over the results with me the very same afternoon before I drove back to Port Angeles from Seattle. My only disappointment was that there was no immediate pain relief (such as steroid injection) offered, just general suggestions to contact my primary care team, and meantime apply ice, heat, and otc pain rubs and medication. This wasn't a defect in service because it is aparrently an organizational decision not to handle pain relief prescriptions. Thank you, Tonya for doing what you could.

Overall was very good experience although at the end of the appointment the register nurse left without saying anything walk away. I thought she was coming back and step out of the room without saying anything. Other than that she was very good

I think it was very good. But I came in for an injury so it's nothing that I would likely say yes it's definitely worth going to this person for an injury because it's a very special situation and probably not like what might be encountered by someone else.

She seemed knowledgeable about the field of medicine but I didn't feel she understood me or my history. She was nice.

Provider didn't seem to give a whip about my pain & how to proceed. Just continue & tolerate.

This provider did not understand my conditions, brushed off my concerns, did not read my x-rays correctly, refused to answer my questions about a procedure, and seemed too rushed to care. I was very disappointed I wasted my time and energy, especially since now I have to find a different provider to take their place
