This was my first appointment with Hilary Glass. I called to make an appointment at the clinic and she was offered to me for the date/time frame I wanted. During my appointment, she was attentive and a thoughtful listener. She was very helpful and responsive to all my needs and questions. I felt she cared about what I had to say and offered solutions for me. I was very happy I was given her as a provider.

She was genuinely kind and knowledgeable

Hillary is absolutely the most caring and wonderful provider. She is always helpful, offers ideas and suggestions on how to improve my health, and takes all my concerns seriously. She is the best.

Provider Glass was thorough and went thru my ultrasound results on Zoom. She was clear and went through each line with me. She addressed all my questions and concerns and provided other options. She's a gem to work with and I'm so grateful she's my provider. No other provider has ever suggested I get an ultrasound, despite me sharing about my family medical history. I feel a sense of hope now knowing the results of my ultrasound and know that there are options to the current medical issues I've endured for almost a decade.

Hilary was an exceptional provider for my IUD removal and re-insertion. She took my concerns about procedural pain seriously, took care to make sure I knew my options and had multiple options available, had great bedside manner, and was super personable. She made a really uncomfortable experience feel not so bad.

This provider is the first I've ever seen who offered pain management options for an IUD. She was able to discuss pros and cons and side effects, plus answer questions about the evidence behind my chosen option and how practice has changed over time. This chosen option was incredible effective when implemented and made the procedure go from broken bone level pain (my previous experiences) to uncomfortable but tolerable. It was a huge change in experience and this provider was phenomenonal in her communication, her knowledge base, and her medical care.

Helary Glass is the most amazing OB/GYN I've ever had. She's incredibly compassionate and easy to talk to about anything, which made every visit feel so comfortable. She truly made me feel valued-not just as a patient, but as a person. She took time to explain everything thoroughly and even went the extra mile by sharing helpful reading materials and podcast suggestions. Speaking with her felt more like chatting with a friend than seeing a provider.

This was my first time seeing provider Glass ARNP since my previous provider is no longer at this location. I was very impressed with how provider Glass referred to my medical records from my PCP and planned accordingly to what she would like me to do after my appointment such as bloodwork, scheduling an ultrasound, etc.She spent a very good amount of time educating me and listening to me. She explained every step of the day during my gynecological exam to make it less stressful for me. She's one of the best provider I've seen ever.
