Well, in my opinion they were very kind to me and any concerns were clarified very well, the doctor's attention was very pleasant to know that my case was critical, she gave me peace and kept me calm and I knew that I was going to be in good hands since she is a very kind, efficient and very dedicated doctor to her work

Excellent physician, well informed, good and caring communicator.

I was asked to arrive 30 mins before the appointment time and their were no forms or anything for me to fill out (I was told bc I was an established patient) so I waited 30 mins for the appointment time, then I waited another 30 mins when the provider was late. Then she rushed through the appointment, kept leaving me in the room, and in total I was there for over 3 hours. She was literally standing outside of the exam room with her head poked in while discussing my care bc she was trying to rush and move on. She did not spend the time with me to find the right fit for the device I needed and I was sent home with something that is not appropriate and causes pain. It was a horrible experience.

I had a transfer of care at 37 weeks pregnant to Swedish. The scheduling process was very easy and the team was very helpful in getting all of my remaining appointments scheduled. Both the nursing staff and doctor were very informative and helpful, making sure I felt comfortable with the next steps and how Swedish handles the birthing process. They made a process that could feel very nerve racking, exciting and less stressful.

Dr. Muruzi is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I have been getting very good care from her.

Dr. Moruzzi spent a lot of time going through my records from a previous pregnancy, I appreciated that she took the time to understand what happened and feel good about her being my OB going forward, she seemed knowledgeable and was very thorough.

This was my first visit with Dr. Moruzzi, I usually see another provider, but was unable to schedule something in her calendar. However, I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Moruzzi-she looked carefully at my medical history, explained all my options to me clearly and thoroughly. My procedure with her was minor, but she took great care to communicate every step of the process. I'm very happy to now have her as part of my care team.
