Dr. Goepfert is amazing. I started seeing her when she saw patients in Ballard. I drive from Phinney Ridge to Issaquah to continue to see her. I have seen her twice in the last year for different issues. Both times, she takes time to listen, clearly answers my questions and provides me with a high level of care. This time, because the Rx I received is expensive, she spent extra time to help me find pharmacy options with lower prices. She is an exceptional provider.

Receptionists have always been so kind and patient at this office the three times I have visited. The provider went above and beyond to address my concerns and recommend future actions. I was so grateful that both she and the woman who admitted me to the room were explaining and communicating every step of the way what was happening and going to happen. I felt very safe in their care.
