Susan Goodall and her trainee were very thorough and thoughtful with a collaborative approach about a potential issue. They provided me with critical information and experience to help me arrive at my own decision pending the outcome of a test.

I like Susan Goodall. She makes me feel as comfortable as possible during a not-so-comfortable visit. I also like her assistant a lot

I needed to get my birth control removed and was nervous about not meeting with the Doctor who inserted it (Chad Thomas) but wanted it out as soon as possible. Was able to get an appointment within the next few days and was extremely pleasantly surprised with how comfortable I felt with a doctor I had never met before. Susan was super comforting. Made the experience very easy. I am not good with needles and she understood and was OK with the fact of me not looking at the needle to put my headphones in as she did the procedure. As she did it, I assumed she had someone she was teaching with her during it, but it went so seamlessly. She did amazing.

Susan Goodall is an excellent provider. My only complaint is that I couldn't get an appointment for 4 months. That seems to be the case these days with any of the providers at Swedish Edmonds. Not enough providers...?

Susan Goodall is an exceptional care provider. I appreciate the time she gives to listen and be heard. She is very thorough and has a fantastic attitude.

Dr. Goodall was very helpful and solution oriented and created a safe space to discuss health issues, concerns, and challenges.

That provider was good , but I was waiting for half hour in the room , and is not ok they put the pationin the room for long time . That was my concerning.

She as very caring and listened to my concerns.

Susan is always attentive, interested in my condition and how best to treat it and me. I feel very comfortable and confident with her as my provider!!!

Susan is very thorough for the limited time your organization expects of its physicians. I don't know how she does it so well. Still, It's very difficult to grasp EVERYTHING that is being said by my physician because she has to talk so fast to meet production expectations. Please, Swedish, STOP expecting so much of your physicians for the sake of the almighty dollar. Even 5 more minutes per appointment would be helpful and would make me feel like nothing important is going to get missed. You can do better, Swedish. I've been a patient in your organization for over 25 years and it's changed. And NOT for the BETTER!

Overall the experience was good, but Dr Goodall was not someone we will see again. The nature of the appointment was very sensitive to my teenage daughter and she was left feeling very uncomfortable, upset, and dehumanized. The nurse who took her vitals seemed new and didn't seem to know how to communicate why we were there making us both uncomfortable. The scheduler, student doctor, nurse who made the follow up call and the Dr we had the phone call going over her test results were great! It's difficult to write this kind of review, but presented with the opportunity, I felt it right to.

Provider ignored and gaslit my request for pain meds prior to a procedure. I did wind up with the pain and anxiety I had been concerned about. I was brushed off. I was there for almost two hours. There was too many people in the exam room. A horrible and scary experience.

Very professional and efficient

I really did like Susan and she was very good, but seeing a Dr or keeping a Dr seems very challenging ever since my GYN Dr retired 10 -15 yrs ago.
