You phone center that made original appt, gave me an appt on a day no one was in office so they called back and I got moved way back. But everyone else did their best to help me out

I saw her once before at virgina Mason a whole ago and she remembered me which was surprising but shows she really cares and pays attention. Both at that appointment and this appointment she was really kind and answered all my questions. She also referenced a few things in my medical file which, should be standard but I've had other providers who obviously didn't look in my file so that was nice too.
