The Neuroscience Institute is an amazing team of patient focused professionals. They worked hard, with patience and resilience, to coordinate with an outside PCP and radiologists. Without their collaborative attitude I would have fallen into the cracks and care would not have been timely or provided at all!

The provider, Tara Lee, was late and ill prepared for the video visit. She misrepresented a very important piece of information pertaining to the treatment of my head and brain and that resulted in a tremendous amount of unnecessary stress and worrying. Perhaps Tara Lee is qualified in some respect for some other type of work, but what I experienced was extremely subpar.
