Dr Kraemer is great but my stay at Swedish Hospital Cherry Hill post surgery in June was horrible.

My after surgery care has been perfect.

I was originally referred to another doctor in the practice but I needed an earlier appointment date. Dr. Kraemer was able to accommodate and I am very happy with the information he provided and our overall discussion of options. I want to thank him for being so kind and caring and for listening to my concerns and responding to my questions. He had a calm and reassuring demeanor that gives me confidence in moving forward with what I consider to be a scary and risky surgery.

Appt. Was as expected. Doctor was very nice. Spent plenty of time with me. It's now up to me to follow up so I can pursue his recommendations.

Dr Kramer operated lumbar discs in January. I am pain free and have had excellent follow up from him and his staff.

Arrived almost an hour early, was prepared to wait. Dr. Had just finished up his lunch and was happy to see me right then. Amazing service!!

I was in an extreme medical condition and this provider immediately provided the surgical and support needed in this crisis. I'm very appreciative for what this provider did and will always see him as a blessing. God stayed his hands and God brought him to me so I could get help.

Dr. Kramer provides 5+ star service....he is an incredible medical professional with a stellar disposition. He provides detailed, easy to understand information and he answered all my questions. Dr. Kramer is exceptional...I am so thrilled that he is the one that performed my surgery and he did a fantastic job - a huge success, I am walking again and out of pain. I can't praise him enough.

Dr. Kraemer has an excellent knowledge of the neurological aspects of spinal disease. He has great skills in communicating with patients. He is thoughtful in discussing outcomes so that he does not over-promise and potentially leave a patient disappointed. It's a fine balance between instilling confidence in the patient and providing a realistic picture of what to expect. Dr. Kraemer does pretty well with this.

Helpful provided clear guidance

Dr Kraemer did a very thorough examination and reviewed previous treatments for my lumbar stenosis. He offered several treatment options to include targeted epidural injection and decompression surgery. We elected to perform epidural injection prior to making a surgery decision.

I have a connective tissue disorder, so many providers don't want to treat me. Dr Kraemer really listened to what I had to say. He ordered tests that no other providers had to assess my problem further. He was very courteous. The staff were friendly and helpful. The follow up tests the staff were able to get insurance authorization quickly. I felt like he and his staff really worked to provide good care.

Was very nervous and alone going to find out about if I needed back surgery. Relief when I was told I wasn't going to have to and Dr was so nice felt safe under his care. Appreciated him and sweet receptionist!

Dr. Kraemer was very knowledgeable and helpful, and personable too. I liked how he explained everything so thoroughly and didn't seem rushed, even though the appointment started about 30 minutes after the appointment time. I was informed of his unexpected delay, which was good to know. I don't like that I was not able to schedule a follow-up appointment w/Dr. Kraemer through MyChart--I had to call, wait on hold for 20 minutes, then be transferred to his team to get the appt. Seems like it could be done much more efficiently online, especially since he recommended I make this appt once my CT scan was scheduled.

I was early to my appointment. The nurse came out right on my appointment time. Everyone I dealt with were courteous and professional. I had great treatment from this facility.

My visit with Dr. Kreamer exceeded my expectations. Dr. Kreamer is an excellent communicator. He listened carefully to my comments, questions, and concerns; and responded thoughtfully, clearly, and thoroughly. I was confident in his assessment and expertise and judgment.On top of that, he was affable, approachable, and kind. As an added bonus I did not feel rushed, but instead had plenty of time to explore my health condition and treatment options.
