Due to a scheduling snafu, our appointment was inadvertently canceled Dr. Kramer agreed to see us and was extremely pleasant and helpful answering all my questions regarding my surgery followup.

Was very impressed with my doctors visit with Dr Kramer- left our meeting feeling hopeful that my health concerns could be met with his guidance.He was VERY knowledgeable, explained all the particulars so that we could - understand & his treatment plan was the best I have received - It was a true pleasure to meet with him!!

Was very nervous and alone going to find out about if I needed back surgery. Relief when I was told I wasn't going to have to and Dr was so nice felt safe under his care. Appreciated him and sweet receptionist!

Dr. Kraemer was very knowledgeable and helpful, and personable too. I liked how he explained everything so thoroughly and didn't seem rushed, even though the appointment started about 30 minutes after the appointment time. I was informed of his unexpected delay, which was good to know. I don't like that I was not able to schedule a follow-up appointment w/Dr. Kraemer through MyChart--I had to call, wait on hold for 20 minutes, then be transferred to his team to get the appt. Seems like it could be done much more efficiently online, especially since he recommended I make this appt once my CT scan was scheduled.

Dr. Kraemer is great. All my experiences with Swedish have been professional, courteous, and informative. I'm very impressed.

Having been "dumped". And told to find another doctor. I had been with him for three years.Having a referral to Dr. Kramer was exactly what I needed. He has established a new approach for the spinal problems I have.

I was early to my appointment. The nurse came out right on my appointment time. Everyone I dealt with were courteous and professional. I had great treatment from this facility.

My visit with Dr. Kreamer exceeded my expectations. Dr. Kreamer is an excellent communicator. He listened carefully to my comments, questions, and concerns; and responded thoughtfully, clearly, and thoroughly. I was confident in his assessment and expertise and judgment.On top of that, he was affable, approachable, and kind. As an added bonus I did not feel rushed, but instead had plenty of time to explore my health condition and treatment options.

Dr. Kraemer is a terrific practitioner and I'm grateful for his guidance.
