From our first meeting,where he clearly explained my diagnosis,to the most recent check-in, he has consistently been patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. Scheduling is easy, appointments run on time, and the office staff is always friendly and professional. I truly feel well cared for and supported at every step.

Dr R is extremely thorough, kind and soft spoken however still relays relevant information and also explains reasons for other thoughts about specific health issues. He takes initiative to address and provide steps needed to get medical results/answers wanted. His health team ie. Nurses are also very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. Overall a good experience with solid answers and communication/ expectations of what to expect next are clear.

Every one is always very pleasant in the office. Personally, I will probably not choose a virtual appointment again because I prefer in person
