Satisfied with great service

She barely greeted me even though we've been seeing each other regularly for 5 years. When I told her I was still migraine free she voiced no excitement and quickly attributed it to medication I stopped taking 5 months ago. She was dismissive of my plans to stop getting Botox and my excitement. She never really seemed interested in finding a cure with me so I went and found it on my own.

Dr Wei is always caring and explains everything

I said she explained things in a way I could understand. She has in the past, however, she had lost her voice, so although I did have a couple of questions that I planned on asking, I didn't.Despite recovering from illness, she still made sure that I could be seen, as it's important these injections are done at the same frequency.There were a few basic questions I had questions I had, from the form she asked us to, despite my vision loss (severely near sighted) we worked out a way to get past that, so those were answered.It was a routine, procedure visit, which I've had done ever 3 months for the last 5-6 years. I did have one or two questions, just from the paperwork, which were answered, albeit mutelyDespite it being a bit of an unorthodox visit, it was a very good appt. As always, she was professional and kind.

She exhibited thorough knowledge of my medical history.

Dr. Wei was a phenomenal doctor! So helpful and thorough, takes her time to hear you! The problem lies with her reception they are brash and impatient like scheduling is an inconvenience for them (isn't this their job)!

I told Dr. Wei about a new kind of headache I started having. She Immediately recommended a treatment option with a backup. Also, Her current PCC is very helpful. She has a lot of relevant information and can provide it completely and clearly. She is also patient and efficient. Dr. Wei's previous PCC made me want to leave the practice, but her current one is a big reason why I'm choosing to stay.

I had a Botox treatment for headache and facial pain previously unrelieved by most other methods. Dr.Wei's technique and anticipatory guidance was excellent.

I've appreciated the care and counsel Dr. Wei's provided over the past several years. She's been thoughtful and compassionate at every appointment. Although I have chronic Lyme disease, and that's not her area, she's made efforts to understand my total health concerns and how her care supports my overall health goals.

I was nervous about my appoinmmet at Swedish but also very excited because I've always heard great things about Swedish Medical, especially the level of quality care they provide. I have quite a few family members who have been Swedish patients for many years, and everyone raves about the care, staff, medical team, peofessionalism and cleanliness. My aunt recently had her surgery at Swedish, and talked about how impressed she was with the level of cleanliness and measure taken In regards to Infection control during the surgery. My experience was wonderful. From the front desk staff at the entrance, to the receptionists in the Neurology Dept, to the Neurologist herself and her MA/Nurse/Assistant, I just felt like I was in good hands and well taken care of the entire time. My neurologist was a wonderful lady, very knowledgeable, sweet, and down to earth. I love how patient she was and how she listened to me expressed my fears, concerns, and opinions, and was able to recommend one of the best alternative treatment for my situation, that has given me great relief from my symtoms without the harsh side effects. So I've been very happy about that.

Dr. Wei and her staff were extremely helpful. Everything was carefully explained and they were patient and went the extra distance to see that I was able to get the prescribed medication when my insurance wouldn't cover it. I appreciated the help so much.

This was my first appointment with Dr Wei and she made me feel completely comfortable and is obviously highly competent. Also, she offered my follow up appt to be a virtual appt since she knows I haven't moved to Seattle yet and it would make it easier than driving an hour an a half!
