I have always received the best care from the entire office and Dr. Wei.

Dr. Wei took plenty of time to understand my issues, including ways they may be related to other medical conditions, and to consider possible solutions. She made sure that I understand her advice and what I need to do as we develop long term solutions.

As a very experienced BSN RN who has been under the care of many neurologists, Dr. Wei stands out as an exceptional MD/Provider. She blends her manifest expertise iwith professionalism and sincere care.

Dr. Wei has always been very understanding and supportive of my chronic condition- migraines. I'm grateful that she's part of the team that keeps me healthy.

Dr. Wei was a phenomenal doctor! So helpful and thorough, takes her time to hear you! The problem lies with her reception they are brash and impatient like scheduling is an inconvenience for them (isn't this their job)!

I told Dr. Wei about a new kind of headache I started having. She Immediately recommended a treatment option with a backup. Also, Her current PCC is very helpful. She has a lot of relevant information and can provide it completely and clearly. She is also patient and efficient. Dr. Wei's previous PCC made me want to leave the practice, but her current one is a big reason why I'm choosing to stay.

I was nervous about my appoinmmet at Swedish but also very excited because I've always heard great things about Swedish Medical, especially the level of quality care they provide. I have quite a few family members who have been Swedish patients for many years, and everyone raves about the care, staff, medical team, peofessionalism and cleanliness. My aunt recently had her surgery at Swedish, and talked about how impressed she was with the level of cleanliness and measure taken In regards to Infection control during the surgery. My experience was wonderful. From the front desk staff at the entrance, to the receptionists in the Neurology Dept, to the Neurologist herself and her MA/Nurse/Assistant, I just felt like I was in good hands and well taken care of the entire time. My neurologist was a wonderful lady, very knowledgeable, sweet, and down to earth. I love how patient she was and how she listened to me expressed my fears, concerns, and opinions, and was able to recommend one of the best alternative treatment for my situation, that has given me great relief from my symtoms without the harsh side effects. So I've been very happy about that.

Dr. Wei and her staff were extremely helpful. Everything was carefully explained and they were patient and went the extra distance to see that I was able to get the prescribed medication when my insurance wouldn't cover it. I appreciated the help so much.

This was my first appointment with Dr Wei and she made me feel completely comfortable and is obviously highly competent. Also, she offered my follow up appt to be a virtual appt since she knows I haven't moved to Seattle yet and it would make it easier than driving an hour an a half!

Dr.Wei was warm and kind to me. She was knowledgeable and helpful to my situation in our discussion. I felt at ease about the medical plan she suggested.

Dr. Wei always listens to me discuss my symptoms and never dismisses them as "in my head" or "not important" as other neurologists have done. I appreciate this since I have both migraines and other types of painful headaches. Despite some of my headaches being difficult to treat, she continues to work with me and isn't getting frustrated. Believe me, I'm frustrated with my own headaches.

Dr. Jerry Wei has to be the best doctor anywhere. I've had too many doctors in my life, many of them excellent, several of them not so good. Dr. Wei has to be the most kind, attentive, and intelligent doctor I've found. She talks to me as if I'm an intelligent human being who is a partner in my health care. She's also obviously got a brilliant brain full of all the information necessary to help me. And she has helped me! After a lifetime of constant migraines, she has found a solution to stopping them. I'm living my life without migraines now. I would give Dr. Wei an award for excellence and post it in the front lobby of your building.

I have seen many neurologists over the last 40 years. Dr Wei is by far the best neurologist I have ever seen. She listens and she cares. You are not "shoved aside or told it's just a migraine". She works hard to find solutions for your problems!
