Dr Yu is a great neurologist and I feel in competent hands with him.

I had a positive experience. Dr. You was attentive, answered my questions and explained next steps clearly.

I have been a patient for a couple of years and he goes over the treatment plan that we have had from the first visit. He remembers and asks questions pertaining to to our visits along the way. Shows me he is invested in my care. Couldn't ask for more than feeling important and heard.

The only reason I gave Dr Yu a 9 is because I feel he needs more help, or less patients, so he isn't rushing! He is a good doctor AND I don't want to lose him because he is burnt out!

The office of Dr Yu provides excellent customer service and care. They always call to schedule appointments and are very courteous and patient. Dr. Yu is one of the kindest people and best providers I've ever seen for any medical condition. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things very well. My only complaint is that I was referred to Dr Yu several months before I could see him. I think I was referred in October and the first available appt was Feb. I wish I could have been seen sooner. Once I was in the appt the experience was good.

Dr. Yu is part of one of the best run clinics I've ever visited. They are on time, everyone is friendly and efficient. He even walks you out of the exam room to the scheduler so you can get your next appointment set-up. It eliminates confusion. Other clinics should adopt the model of this group! They make a visit pleasant and stress free
