We love this provider. Inconvenient to see her in person. Wish she spent a day a month at Jefferson or someplace closer.

We love Dr. Ramirez. She's caring and knowledgeable. She's been a huge help with my husband who has dementia.

Sometimes it's a little difficult to make an appointment. Leaving a VM doesn't seem to help. After calling twice and leaving a VM, I finally had to email again to get someone to call me. Otherwise, everyone is good with customer Service. Dr. Ramirez is a new provider for me. My other provider retired. I like Kelly. She is different, but knowledgeable and had some new observations and recommendations for me.

She was very nice and caring but basically gave me a diagnosis that no one knows anything about and said it's not my problem. I feel a bit like a medical hot potato.

Dr. Rameriz is a highly skilled and knowledgeable Neurologist and lovely human being.

Dr Ramirez is caring and kind as well as being a brilliant doctor.

The only real negative about this office is the fact that Dr. Ramirez is so great that it can take awhile to get an appointment with her. Dr. Ramirez is one of my favorite providers. She is always so helpful, caring and supportive of me as a person as well as any health concerns. She is easy to talk to and has such an open and friendly way about her. She has helped me so much with my migraine headaches. I unreservedly recommend her!

Dr Ramirez is about the 6th physician I've seen (over 20+ years for a treatment that involves injections to the head and neck. She is, by far the most skilled and knowledgeable. Her communication skills are also commendable.

Each visit with Dr. Rameriez is fantastic, her and her team are friendly, courteous and overall great. We chat about my concerns or needs all while having a great experience.

Dr Ramirez listens, provides difficult information while showing she care. I have vascular disease, it's progressing and I find that she looks for developing treatments for my condition. Listening is awesome and she provides invaluable medical advice and treatment. She includes my wife in our visits. Truly appreciate her as a medical doctor and her kind care.

Great video experience (my 1st) went really well. Had a great appointment with my doctor however I waited 8 to almost 9 months for appointment. TOO LONG to address & fix problems after hit & run.

Love Dr Ramirez! She is kind, funny, and very patient and understanding. When she left our local clinic, we chose to see her virtually to continue her care...could not speak highly enough of her!!

I had a different doctor performing my Botox prior to Dr. Ramirez, but that doctor was moved to a different office. I was very satisfied and happy with this doctor. Dr. Ramirez was a fill in for maternity leave for the previous doctor as well. Dr. Ramirez has performed the same services as well, and I am happy to have her as my new doctor.

Dr Rameriz is kind, caring and thoughtful in her interaction with me. I like that I can ask her anything and she will answer and discuss with me. I always feel that she has my best interest at heart. That's why I drive a 5 hour round trip to see her.
