He was very polite and clear in the interchange.

Dr. Zhou was very attentive to my concerns and was diligent In the process of administering the treatment.

Nothing bad at all it was very professional and informative

He had my complete medical history yet asked me questions that he could see the answers to, wasting my time. The receptionist talked entirely too fast. I could see dandruff in her hair.

Dr. Zhou explained clearly the diagnosis of giant cell arteritis. He was very thoughtful as he listened and asked questions to better understand. His assessment was a relief.

I was referred to see a neurologist ASAP after been discharged from hospital. Even with my PCP referral, I have hard time to get an appointment within 2 weeks ( available appointment is in 4 months out). I did my search and requested my PCP refers me to Dr. Zhou, I called and explained my medical condition and really needed to see Dr. Zhou, I got appointment within 3 business days. One thing I learned about Dr. Zhou office is that staff are caring about the patient's needs as well as Dr. Zhou . I m so thankful to have appointment with Dr. Zhou, he explained things clearly, good listener and that is what patients need from a doctor.!

Very disappointed with my last visit. He did not listen to my needs, Everything as if it was a joke, Horrible bed side manner. Never in my like I've seen anything like this. The energy in that office is not good.
