I was dropped on this doctor by a physical I had that left the practice. The previous dr seemed more involved and seems to care about me as a patient. More thorough. This doctor is abrupt and I feel she would rather I go someplace else.

Dr. Keung is by far the best provider I have seen ever. Not only is she knowledgeable, she listens and understands patients and does the best job of diagnosing. I recommend this provider to everyone!

She spends great deal of time assessing the problem that is a result of a stroke. She is very well-informed and gave me instructions about trying glasses with prisms. She followed up after the appointment to see if the other specialist was successful, which was NOT the case, and she encouraged me to return to that doctor to see if it could be "corrected".

Dr. Bonnie Keung and her team are amazing! She always greets me with a warm smile and was so patient with me during my visit. I really appreciate the care she and her staff provide. Everyone is incredibly kind and makes me feel comfortable every time.

Dr.Keung is thorough and ensured she had background information about my issues by requesting records from other physicians, including those not part of Swedish. She reviewed those clinical notes to have a complete understanding of those facts and opinions prior to meeting with me. She listened to my concerns and advised how I can continue to manage my symptoms. It is difficult going through life with my vision and the constant nausea and dizziness. Most people can't even begin to understand what I see, but I know she understands having worked with patients with similar issues after stroke, etc. I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of her team as well.

This was a one time appointment for a specialty problem with vision or memory loss due to eye issues the doctor spent a long time with my husband and checked him completely in regards to his eyes and memory loss she did order some lab work and a mri I felt very comfortable with her and was impressed with her she was great

Great visit. Caring doctor

We had a long wait but Dr. Keung spent a LOT of time working with my "double vision" and "prisms" that might help me. It can't be done immediately after a stroke, but she gave me hope and the name of an optometrist near my home that I will see in the future. She is a careful and fine specialist. We have set up a future appointment late September.

I am happy to have Dr Keung to be my care provider. Dr Keung is professional, friendly and thorough.

Very thorough. The provider did not rush my appointment to get to the next one.

Dr. Keung had reviewed my medical history before the meeting. We discussed my eye condition and she conducted a number of tests. She then went over her findings and diagnosis thoroughly. My wife was also in the room and asked questions. Dr. Keung responded to all of our questions. She spent quite a lot of time with us and I was completely satisfied with the outcome of the session.

It was easy to schedule, the long wait for the Dr's availability wasn't great but understandable: she is one of only two such specialists in the area i have access to so this is not a complaint. The considerable amount of time spent with me reflects her thoroughness: great. Outcome was, finding the source of a problem I've had for years: great. I found her professional yet personable. Followed my suggestion for physical therapy immediately, down to my choice of specialist physical therapist.

Dr Keung is an exceptional medical professional. She is thorough, an expert in her field, a good listener, and sincerely cares about the health of her patients. I feel fortunate to be under her care. I came to her in an extremely emergency having lost the sight permanently in my left eye overnight. Unknown to me I had a rare autoimmune condition called GCA, and luckily for me Dr Keung knew how to quickly treat me so as to save the sight in my right. I am very grateful for her actions then and her continued care of my vision health and overall wellbeing.

Dr Keung was extremely knowlegable and also interested in learning more about my health history. She gave me informed options and I'd highly recommend her.
