I am very appreciative of Dr. Hastings' communication style as a medical provider. She always provides me with lots of details about my results and her thinking process for piecing together what might be going on with me medically. At this most recent visit she really took her time walking me through surgical options and what-if scenarios vs rushing through information like past medical providers have.

The atmosphere was a very calm and quiet place it felt comfortable to sit and wait to be seen. They were friendly and tentative as needed.

She was probably the best gynecologist I've ever seen. She was so as attentive and knowledgeable asking really good questions about my family history. The first surgeon I've seen with communication skills as good as my internist. I will definitely be back to see her when I decide to do the surgery.

I have no bad experiences only good experiences, like I said, they have been very helpful and attentive to me and also have shown me a great deal of respect. They go above and beyond to take care of a person and make them feel at ease.

I had a great and mostly painless visit, which is saying a lot considering the procedure I was having. The doctor took exceptional care to make sure my pain was minimized if it all possible, and to let me know everything as it was happening. My one reminder to the care team is that I was not actually offered a chaperone for this visit, despite the notation in my chart. Not sure who was supposed to offer it. I would have declined it as I always have before, so I am not concerned for my personal safety. I just know it can be a touchy subject for some, and want to help make sure it is offered every time.

My original appointment was cancelled last minute even though it had been booked for months. I was very happy with how the staff was able to fit me in on my originally scheduled day after cancelling. Also, I had to see a different provider because of the rescheduling but I am very happy with the Information she provided and the care that I received from her.
