I am dedicated to being a reliable presence throughout your birth and postpartum experiences, guiding you with care and understanding as you navigate this significant chapter in your life. Your journey is my priority, and I am committed to helping you create lasting memories that shape your family’s story. I am a Certified Full Spectrum Doula (C-FSD, BADT) and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). I have a special interest in working with teen and young adult parents and families facing mental health challenges. In my free time I love to spend time with my cat, dog, and partner. I love art and coloring, taking care of my garden, practicing yoga, and skiing.
