About Ashley E. Fuller
I focus my practice on sexual health, menopause, and vulvovaginal diseases including vulvar dermatologic conditions, and recurrent vaginitis. I chose to focus on sexual health because so many women struggle with issues regarding sex and yet they don’t know who in healthcare to talk about this with. One of the focuses of my practice is sexual pain and low libido, two of the most common sexual health concerns women have. I find working with patients to help solve these problems to be very rewarding. Because I take care of a lot of patients with vulvar dermatologic conditions that might contribute to their sexual pain and wellbeing, I routinely perform surgeries to help with vulvar adhesions and pain. I’m also a certified menopause expert and enjoy helping women with menopausal symptoms to improve their quality of life with evidence-based treatments. My goal as a physician is to partner with patients to help them improve their lives- whether that be by improving their menopausal symptoms, preventing recurrent vaginal infections, treating their lichen sclerosis, or helping improve their sex lives!

Collaborative, communicative, warm, respectful. Really glad to have found this provider.
Excellent care from Dr. Fuller and her team.
Everything is fine
Dr. Fuller was wonderful. She listened and was respectful and caring.
Dr. Fuller provided excellent care. She made me feel confident in the course of treatment that so was going to start. She also went above and beyond and coordinated additional in-house care for mental health. She connected me with a provider that was a great fit for me and I am now seeing them regularly.
Dr Fuller is a godsend, she specializes in conditions that no one else does. She's extremely knowledgeable & empathetic. There's a long wait to see her, but that's because she's so good. I hope other gynecologists are learning from her. If not, Swedish is not utilizing her talent.
Dr. Fuller is wonderful, she listens to my health problems, I have had this for years, so I pray we can take care of it. I was very impressed with Dr. Fuller.
Provider was clear, emphatic, attentive knowledgeable and quite pleasant. She had a positive attitude informed me of next steps and was honest regarding my treatment and timeline of rebounding health.
I'll follow Dr fuller to Ballard. She's the best.
This wasn't initial visit with this provider and I thought she was very thorough and personable.
Dr. Fuller is very thorough and well-informed on the latest research, as well as compassionate. She's an excellent practitioner in an area of medicine that is vital to women's health.
I was the last appointment of the day on a beautiful summer day. But at no time did I feel rushed. Everyone was lovely! I will follow this provider to her new location!
Dr Fuller is always extremely knowledgeable, listens well and answers all my questions.
Dr Fuller is my favorite doctor. She is thoughtful and caring. She listens and is empathetic. I feel comfortable talking about my issues and know she will care for me with kindness. Dr Fuller is a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Fuller was awesome and really validated how I've been feeling and gave me very easy and understandable options. She explained everything very well and really listened to me.
Dr. Fuller is very personable and communicated clearly. Many doctors appear "sterile" in their communication, but Dr. Fuller put me at ease with her demeanor.
Felt it was a good first visit, looking forward to returning.
Very satisfied. Comfortable working with this doctor. Was. Very informative of my condition. Caring, person.
Very good experience. Dr. Fuller is very concerned about my symptoms.
Excellent, kind, knowledgeable, courteous & respectful, always familiar with my problems, listens, gives clear instructions & explanations
Dr. Fuller listened to my questions and provided helpful and clear answers. She was friendly and personable, and helped me relax both prior to and during the exam, which I appreciated greatly.
Dr Fuller was excellent in her knowledge and caring for me.
Overall, I was totally impressed. I have been searching for a good specialist who treats my conditions for years without luck. Until I came to Dr. Fuller. She was up to date on the most current research on many different conditions, which the past 5 gynecologists I have seen haven't been - if they even knew about the condition at all. She was very helpful, incredibly open to my input, ideas, and wishes. There was absolutely no gaslighting, and I walked out of the office with lifted spirits! I would highly recommend her to anyone with more complex health issues - I know it's easy to be jaded, but truly she is worth seeing.
Dr Fuller is an excellent gyn.
Dr. Fuller appears to be a good physician. This was the first time we met which was a follow-up from a procedure I had with another provider who is no longer at Swedish. The only thing I would say, is that I wished she had reviewed the chart before I visited.
Dr. Fuller put my mind at ease about the issue. She's excellent.
Ashley is amazing. She's one of the most empathetic doctors I've had.
Excellent Dr. Has compassion, kindness with supreme professionalism.
Dr. Fuller is TERRIFIC. She listens, remembers my info, is caring, kind, funny and highly knowledgeable. I really like her and would highly recommend her and her entire staff.
Smart, knowledgeable, helpful.
It was a good visit. The doctor was very helpful and kind.
Dr Fuller is kind, compassionate and thoughtful. I highly recommend her.
Dr Fuller is fantastic!!
Dr. Fuller is an excellent provider who I chose for her specific knowledge in a health area I am concerned about. She is responsive, personable and I trust the care she provides.
Very happy to have Dr Fuller as my doctor.
Dr Fuller is professional, demonstrates skill in helping one feel comfortable, listens well and answered all my questions.
Because of a miscommunication Inwent to the wrong office, and somarrived at the right office 15 minutes late. Dr F saw me nonetheless, and directed staff to get to the bottom of the miscommunication.
Dr Fuller always listens to my concerns and we agree on how to proceed with my health care
Dr Fuller is at the top of her job I'm high risk HPV and I need to know if I'm still active She found the cysts on my ovaries when another doctor ignored my pain
Dr. Fuller is the best! She has the best bedside manner and make you feel very comfortable. Explains everything as she goes along and answers all of my questions. Really enjoy that she is part of my care team!
Dr. Fuller is one of the best physicians I have seen. Knowledgeable, caring and a great listener. This is an excellent practice, dedicated to women's health issues--something truly necessary in these times. I have found this practice exceptional.
I truly appreciate Dr. Fuller and the wholistic care she has provided me during years we have been working together. I hit the healthcare jackpot by being paired with her as my provider- exactly the professional I needed at this point in my life. Thank you
Dr. Fuller was very caring and attentive.
I had a very good experience
Very friendly and helpful
Dr Fuller is wonderful. I feel like she really cares to understand what is going on with my health. She is present, she listens, and she seems genuinely interested in my concerns. I'm very grateful to have a doctor who is so smart and caring.
Dr Fuller is wonderful. She's providing a service to women that is (sadly) a virtually unexplored medical field. I'm lucky she has a practice in our area.
Dr Fuller is extremely knowledgeable in her field and is sharing/caring and never appears rushed with her conversation. I respect her immensely!
Dr. Fuller was very knowledgeable, kind and listened to my concerns. Highly recommend.
I feel like Dr. Fuller has given me some ideas to deal with an ongoing issue that has been tricky for me to manage. I've felt heard and understood in her care.
Excellent and sympathetic provider.
Dr Fuller did a very good job for me.
My appointment was 2 months out from when I scheduled it which was a long time. But it was helpful because my provider listened to my concern and explained things in a way that made me feel more understanding of my question, whereas previous providers I have asked about it just told me it's fine.
Dr Fuller shows complete competence for the issue I see her for.
I appreciated her extensive knowledge and ability to know exactly what information needed to be shared.
All good experiences. Dr. Fuller is a great OBGYN with expertise in many subjects concerning women's health. I felt comfortable with her from the very start! I look forward to our next visit.
Dr Fuller provides excellent care. I would recommend her highly to anyone needing her services.
Dr. Fuller is a top doc ! She explains all medical issues . She asks questions and listens to my concerns.
Wait time for an appointment is long, but Dr Fuller is excellent, thorough, explains procedures very well and is very kind. She makes an uncomfortable procedure less daunting.
Dr Fuller is a PHYSICIAN, not a provider. She deserves respect for her study and expertise.
This appointment was to establish care with a new doctor since I recently moved to Seattle. I had to wait an extra month to see someone who specializes in my issues but it WAS WORTH IT. She seemed great.
This was my first virtual visit with a doctor and it went so smoothly. I felt listened to by Dr. Fuller and my concerns taken seriously.
I have good experiences so far with my care with this provider and others in the gynecology department. I think the most difficult thing is having enough time to explain things or get answers in clinic it often feels a little rushed but I am glad to be able to ask questions through MyChart, that has been helpful. And video appointments have also been helpful when I need more questions answered. Everyone has been very respectful.
Dr. Fuller really listened to my concerns and was interested in partnering with me in healthcare decisions.
I feel I receive excellent care from Dr. Fuller.
Dr Fuller is one of the best providers I have ever had - thank you!
Dr. Fuller showed me patience, explained very well my condition and she gave material to read. it was the 1st time when we met bat I felt comfortable explaining to her the symptoms that I had
I have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fuller.
I am glad to have Dr. Fuller for my doctor. She is top notch.
Dr. Fuller is a hidden gem. I'm truly grateful to be under her care.
Dr Fuller is caring and thoughtful and respectful. She's very direct and clear with information. I really appreciate that.
Dr, Fuller is easy to talk to. She listens without judgement and offers options in treatment. She's knowledgeable and friendly and takes the necessary time at each appointment. I have and will continue to recommend her to others.
Personable, explained everything, excellent provider.
Dr Fuller was excellent! This was my first visit with her after my previous ob/gyn retired. Dr Fuller is incredibly knowledgeable about women's health and menopause. (Most gynecologists have very little knowledge about menopause issues.) Her breadth and depth of knowledge was impressive. She took the time to listen carefully and answer all my questions. I feel like I am getting excellent care with her. Thank you!
First time visiting this Dr and facility. Good visit overall.
Dr Fuller is the best, unlike the previous Dr that I saw, who gave me bad information actually. I had to wait a very long time to see Dr Fuller, but she's worth it.
Dr Fuller. Is a very kind, gentle person I appreciate having her as my provider.
Very knowledgeable, have good options, sent in new Rx for me to try.
She was very kind, professional, and reassuring, treated me with respect, and seemed very knowledgeable about my medical condition
Any score I've given less than stellar is specifically related to the availability of scheduling, and not at all reflective of the service of care provided by Dr Fuller or the OBGYN team.
