My experiences have been good.

This was my second appt with Dr. Zhao. I like him, he is competent, listens well and I can tell he is trying very hard to help. That said, at this latest visit, he seemed somewhat overwhelmed. Maybe he has too many patients, too little competent support staff, or maybe it was an especially busy day, but he was distracted. The injection treatment that was supposed to have been scheduled the last time I was in was not done but they were able to fit me in as an add on. He had to step out into the hall to speak on the phone with a previous treatment provider of mine. In the end, I think it all came together but not in an orderly, organized manner. Dr. Zhao is trying very hard, but maybe he needs additional support?
