Dr Greaney is great

The Dr. Was one of the best if not the next provider I've been treated by. She was incredibly informative and helpful. Firm and direct when she needed to, which is appreciated, and genuinely kind. She broke down my treatment, and any concerns I had into how the health plan she was putting together would help. I've had okay experiences in healthcare, but Dr. Greaney really impressed me and truly showed what the standard for healthcare should be. She is a phenomenal Dr. And her professionalism gives me confidence in my care.

The provider was pleasant, efficient, and explained things clearly. The visit covered what was needed, though it felt a bit impersonal - more procedural than conversational. I would have appreciated a little more engagement and personalization related to my overall health situation. Overall, she seems capable and professional, but the interaction felt somewhat detached

Dr. Greaney was great, her staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Greaney knew a lot about the heath concerns I asked about, and she had easy and understandable solutions. She listened to my concerns, was able to get everything I needed accomplished for my check up, and I didn't feel rushed.

Everything was great and she listened to all of my concerns! And only reason the wait time was long was because they were training a new doctor.

I had a great experience

Dr. Samantha Greaney seemed very tired and disshelved. Her hair was messy and her demeanor was standoffish. I feel she might be burnt out. Maybe she's just going through a tough time.

The Medical Assistant was very friendly and helpful. The Provider listened and acknowledged my health concerns and addressed them. They were clear and understandable in their instruction on what I should do to address my health concerns.

Dr. G was kind, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. All the support staff was, too.

Doctor Samantha Greaney's a very nice,

I was very pleased to be able to see a provider at PMC on the same day that I called for an appointment. Dr Greeney had an opening. This was my first visit with this doctor and she was very pleasant and very profession. She suggested I get my foot x rayed, ordered it and told me to come back when it was completed. She then met me and reviewed the result. When she saw there was no fracture she gave me instructions and how to care for my foot and if it wasn't better n three weeks to check back with her. I was very pleased with the service I received.

All staff are great, parking lot is good size and my doctor is fantastic and I feel I can talk to her about anything

The doctor was very nice and she explained everything to me during my appointment using language I can understand. After the appointment, I liked that I could see my results and summary on the MyChart app, but (even though I could see that my numbers were in normal range and the provider said nothing was abnormal) I couldn't tell what the scores were about without doing my own research. Have you considered using something like Scanslated to make the results easier for patients to understand?
