I appreciated Sahar Kazemi's "bedside manner." She was pleasant, clear, concerned, and thorough.

She seemed quite removed and uninterestedIn me and my concerns.

Sahar was very knowledgeable and thought creatively of the possible diagnoses. She ordered the correct diagnostic tool (x-ray) and promptly got back to me with the results, her opinion and recommendation for further investigation and treatment before the end of the day. She responded within 30 minutes (!) to my agreement to see a specialist and then referred me to the specialist thereafter. Her knowledge,, examination, opinion, referral and communications were all very professional. I'd be happy to see her any time!

I had a very positive experience during my recent visit. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-coordinated.Quentin, the receptionist, was kind, friendly, and efficient during the check-in process, which made a great first impression. Within just a few minutes, John, the medical assistant, brought me back and assisted with obtaining my vital signs and preparing me for the visit. He was pleasant, approachable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.My provider, SAHAR KAZEMI, was attentive, listened carefully, and demonstrated genuine care and concern. She took the time to address my needs and provided the appropriate treatment.Overall, I truly appreciated the professionalism and compassion of the entire team. It made for an excellent patient experience.
