Rebecca was compassionate and kind during a stressful acute illness and continued to help me after the appointment via chat on my Chart. I did have to come in the back to be in the negative pressure room and that was a little stressful as I was feeling quite ill and was misdirected by whom ever answered the phone at that back door. They just told me I needed to go to the front door, even though I knew I was supposed to be at that door to get to the negative pressure room for my appointment and they did not even allow me to speak to let them know what was going on. I guess that process needs a little work.

I have seen PA Welch a number of times over the years when my PCP is busy, or something is more pressing. I have always found her to be extremely skilled, a great listener, a holisitc thinker, practive and comprehenisve in her approach, and I have a high level of trust in her.

Rebbeca Welch does an outstanding job

Rebecca Welch removed sutures from my hand wound and did so carefully. She re bandaged the wound well and sent me on my way.

I had a semi-emergency, in which we were trying to prevent an infection from several cat bites...I was treated quickly & with complete understanding about why I was seeking prompt treatment.

Main dermatologist was out so the doctor who replaced him was wonderful and pretty cool.

Rebecca, was focused on my conditions and asked pertinent questions that helped me remember specific things I needed her to know about. For the first time we had met she made it comfortable to review my conditions and she developed a plan forward that had enough breadth and focus to help move forward to a specific diagnosis and recovery plan.

Provider and support staff were courtious, attentive and very professional. They all work well together.
