I'm very impressed with my total care at PACMED Beacon Hill. I have been with PACMED for more than 14+ years and have had superb care since then. Each change of Doctors have been great and improved over each change. The approaches were all different and super.

The experience with my Provider is excellent! I only hesitate to recommend Pac Med because of its religious affiliation.

The receptionist impressed me by remembering me from before. Also Dr. Stephens was very helpful and suggested seeing ENT for an ongoing previous problem. She is extremely helpful.

Dr. Stephens has taken over as my Primary Care Physician after my previous doctor left the clinic. This was my first time seeing her and I was pleased to find she was already up to date on my previous medical history. She was friendly, easy to talk with and thorough in my visit.

My care provider makes it easy to share medical concerns and information. My Dr. Listens to my concerns and quickly offers a solution that will correct or minimize the problem. There are times my provider will suggest a referral if I need specialized care or treatment. With follow up visits my provider would ask questions to see if I continued home care as recommended and encourage me to continue. I trust my provider with my health care.

I am so happy with this provider. Having switched recently to this provider, I was relieved with how seamless every aspect of my care was managed. Every question was answered and a follow up was scheduled to discuss a lengthier concern. All 3 of my referrals called within days of my appointment. I really felt that my provider listened to my needs and concerns. I can't say enough good things.
