My provider retired and I was seeing a new provider and establishing care. My new provider was exceptional and I'm very pleased to have this provider as my new PCP.

Dr. Fan is a passionate and caring doctor.

Dr. Fan always meets and exceeds my expectations. She's thorough and very knowledgeable. Ordered a CT for my foot when ER basically said nothing was wrong. My foot has a bone jutting out of it.

My care provider is amazing and very empathetic. I'm very fortunate and grateful to have her as a part of my care team.

It's difficult currently to find and keep a primary care doctor! I'm looking forward to establishing a good relationship with Dr, Fan.

Dr. Fan is always attentive to my care. She really cares. I have been going through some very difficult times with my mental health and she is someone who I rely on and trust. I really feel like she has taken good care of my needs and genuinely listens to my concerns. She coordinates well with my therapist and psychologist in keeping track of my medication and mental health as well as my physical health and well being. She is very professional and non judgmental. I am blessed to have her. .

My provider clarified her availability as a part-time provider and set in motion a scheduling plan. This activity was stress relieving.

I was able to get an appointment surprisingly soon, compared with the past. I made an appointment for a video visit but was called to reschedule for an in-person visit, and that was scheduled within just a few days.I'm glad someone was paying attention to the nature of my concern and determined an in-person visit was more appropriate.

Maria Fan is a great physician. She diagnosed me when others couldn't.

I needed a last minute appointment for an earth shattering cough and was able to get in on Monday afternoon for which I was thankful. I am not often sick, so when I do need to see a doctor to make sure I didn't have pneumonia I am happy to be able to get a same day appointment.

Dr. Fan is thoroughly running blood test to rule everything that may be hindering my history of extreme fatigue. Every since Covid-Im a long haul covid pt, my energy levels have been deplorable. I appreciate her concern. Her office is always prompt and that's important to me.

I was overdue to see my doctor due to travel issues. I would like to have more time with her.More time would have been helpful for me.Due to my partner being there it took up more time. Appointment was months after originally scheduled. It was me that needed more time but I totally understand everyone's schedules.Dr Fan is a really great doctor. I hope I can somehow continue with her. I will be having some tests done in San Francisco but do not have a primary doctor here. Living in two different states has definitely been challenging.

Dr. Fan is always kind and attentive. I always feel very satisfied with the level of care I receive during my visits with her. She is a thorough clinician and always goes above and beyond to ensure I understand our shared treatment plan and what next steps in care will be.

As of to date, I don't have any bad experience with my primary care doctor and her team members. I have always treated with care and cannot ask for more. I wish we have more doctor like Maria Fan.

I got an appointment very fast, the next day after I called. My doctor asked a lot of questions and is very thorough.I like how the nurse asked me if I wanted to be weighed or if I wanted to just state my weight. Thorough and efficient. Caring attitude

Recently I had knee replacement, Dr Fan as my PCP gave exceptional guidance on all medications past and present. She took a series of blood clotting labs to assure surgeon of my health. In those abnormal signs were flagged. I was old to surgery but investigation continues on root causes. Dr Fan is by my side getting answers for my general health too. It is deeply appreciated. I feel safe under her care. Best doctor I have had in decades.
