My experiences with the Swedish Hospital and staff have always been great.

Dr.Sargent is an extremely professional and knowledgeable clinician. He is very thoughtful, attentive and has a great "patient beside manner" he is collaborative and insightful with his approach. It is not one sided but inquisitive and advisory. I am very pleased with his approach. My best compliment is that I will tell others about my care with him.

I find Dr Sargent to have the utmost care, concern and knowledge.

I feel that Dr. Sargeant is always rushed when he sees me. He often looks at the clock while seeing me and always in a hurry. As a patient , I write my questions but even with that , I was not able to ask all my questions because he was in a hurry.

Dr Sargent always takes the time to address any of my concerns and is lovely to talk with.

Dr provided a referral which listed a diagnosis contradicting what we discussed, I'm guessing a mistake based on being rushed. Dr was amiable and respectful, but seemed pressed for time. I did get an appt with the follow-up clinic and have been happy, but I wonder why I needed to see Dr, it doesn't seem helpful in retrospect.

Great doctor!

I am a new patient for Dr. Sargent and this was my first in-person visit with him. I came in for my annual Wellness Visit. My impression is he is an excellent doctor who has his patients' best interest in mind. I had a good experience with him.

Experience was great

When I schedule and have time with Dr Sargent, he's good. He listens and shows genuine care to answer questions. His PA has gotten better over the months, but doesn't spend a lot of time explaining readings from tests and exams he conducts. If the Doctor followed up on some of those findings, it would be fine, but I often never hear anything more about it. Also, whenever I've called in with an issue I've never received any productive assistance. I'm typically referred to go to a Zoom Urgent Care instead of being helped by my own Physcian's Office.

I've always had good experiences, but sometimes I wonder how they my care providers are doing they work hard there awesome

I really enjoyed talking with Dr. Jon Sargent. He's a very easy and understanding doctor to talk to.

I wish that Dr. Sargeant will take his time during my visit and not rushing all the time. Since I am still establishing care, being a new patient I found a very good physician but he does not take his time seeing or discussing my issues. My initial visit was so rushed, quick. This second visit was a little better but he was still ion a hurry, like he can't wait to see the next patient so he'll be finish or reach his "quota" for the number of patients he had seen. I think this is unfortunate since he seems to be a very good MD.

My provider had reviewed my medical records and was aware of my concerns. He answered my questions and followed up with my test results.

Dr. Sargent is thoughtful, engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable, a huge asset to Swedish and the best PCP I've encountered in years.

Dr. Sargent is a very good provider. I'm happy with the level of care I'm receiving. I understand that everyone is busy and that many healthcare workers are overworked. I can work with that. But ideally it would be nice to get a response to a My Chart message within 3 days instead of 7 and like I mentioned, being in a virtual waiting room for long periods is a bit uncomfortable without a message from the care team. These minor issues though will not make me want to change a provider. I think Dr. Sargent is very pleasant and his care team rocks. The whole reception team is super nice and helpful.

The provider is very engaged and interested in addressing my medical needs. He clearly lays out a strategy of treatment and makes sure to get buy in from me.

Doctor was extremely personable and listened well! However, I expect a thorough physical examFor my yearly visit and I did not receive one. I also want my doctor to recommend which tests he wants - not ask me which tests I would like him to order.
