No bad experiences, ever, with Dr Moen or the staff who supports him. I've been seeing him for a few years now after transferring from Swedish Factoria clinic and I'm grateful for the level of care and 'bedside manner' that I receive from everybody at Swedish downtown. Dr Moen explains to me in no uncertain terms what he wants to communicate, which I appreciate. No beating around the bush, no 'alarming' response to my bloodwork results (my previous PCP was frequently alarmed and seemed frightened with my bloodwork which was VERY unsettling!) and clear instructions for me to improve or be preventative in my healthcare. HUGE THANKS to Dr. Moen and his staff!

Relative easy to book an appointment. (filter out video only visit) to make the selection easier. I been with Dr. Moen from the begin (+20y) with Swedish Care so far so good with the check up, prescriptions and important tests going into the "last quarter" of care ( >65y). No complaints.

Dr. Moen listens to my questions and concerns. He takes an interest in my overall health and provides advice in a respectful manner based on his extensive expedience.

Dr, Moen has being my PCP for many years now and he is very personable when it comes to my health. Every visit I have with him I leave knowing that he cares and listens, always reassuring that he will fix me, health wise not mentally lol, but all serious he has been a really great Dr to me.

He always gives me a written recap of our meeting and actions I need to take as well as have the staff make a follow up appointment.

I think Dr. Moen is great. Occasionally I'm not clear on next steps, but we figure it out at the next meeting or he answers questions timely.

I was injured in a fall, and Dr. Mien was able to see me within a week after my ER visit. That was very reassuring.
