The entire experience was excellent. Both the staff and the provider were incredibly courteous and professional. The provider took the time to thoroughly review my ER summary, discussed everything at length, and clearly explained both the medication and the next steps for my care.

Jill Nelson, PA is an excellent medical professional. She took time to get to know my history as a patient, even though this could be a one time visit to the Stroke Center. I was extremely impressed were her knowledge and thoroughness in looking into every possibility that could have caused the TIA that I experienced. My adult daughter, who is a medical professional at Swedish, attended my appointment with Jill Nelson and was equally impressed. It was one of the best medical appointments I've had and provided all the information I needed and follow-up labs and testing to determine what is causing my vertigo and dizziness. Jill Nelson is a 15 on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest rating!

Her deep experience with strokes, brain bleeds and recovery was very comforting and she was able to answer our questions and guide us with great advice. Swedish is best hospital in Seattle. I think it's important to make more beds available overall. I waited nearly 12 hours in ER hallway for a bed! But still no matter what department employees always knowledgeable and friendly..
