I enjoy meeting with Dr. Sherman. She is friendly, thoughtful, thorough and provides great care. I feel like she really cares about me and shares information that will be helpful for my health and well being.

Dr Sherman is an amazing doctor. Very up yo date on everything. She deeply cares for her patients and so knowledgeable with a great bed side manner. Direct but kind. Trully exceptional.

She is attentive, professional and thorough.

My pre-surgery visit found a heart murmur not previously identified with no symptoms. Dr. Sherman facilitated my getting a quick diagnostic, passed my results to a cardiologist who responded in a kind, reassuring and remarkably fast way. I am grateful and impressed with the speed with which each of the medical professionals addressed my situation and set up the next steps.

She's good, just wish she was a bit more personable.

I mentioned fear of Alzheimer's & heavy stress regarding my upcoming retired fear and stress.she did not respond to either.

The doctor was late as usual. Had no idea what I was seeing her for. Once I got her up to speed I got my questions answered. When I gave her feedback on side effects of the medication that she got wrong she got defensive. She is a very competent doctor but either has too much on her plate or is not taking the time to prepare for our meetings.

Dr Sherman did not treat me with compassion or dignity. I have been experiencing vertigo. When I met with Dr. Sherman, she greeted me and asked me questions about my vertigo. She knew I had previously experienced vertigo in 2012. Offhandedly I said I had "chalked it up to perimenopause" to that statement, Dr. Sherman responded, "that's a stretch!" This insensitive Response derailed the entire visit for me. I felt like my feelings and opinions about my own health were completely discounted and disregarded. This is not how Providence Swedish treat their patients. It is not an alignment with the org's values, especially compassion and dignity. There were so many other more respectful ways Dr. Sherman could have responded.

Dr Sherman is amazing! The entire staff were great to me.

She was very nice. Sometimes she's a little tough but she was great the last time I saw her.

Dr. Sherman listens carefully and responds thoughtfully to all questions I have. I'm impressed with the breath of her knowledge. She also makes me feel comfortable, and I appreciate that. I usually don't have to wait long in the waiting room or for her to come into the exam room. Sometimes I feel like she is rushed, but I don't think that is her fault but rather the fault of the system.
