Received a solution to my concern. Did have to wait in room longer than expected before Dr. Came in, however treatment was quick. Dr. Cares about patients so maybe that was the delay.

Provider is an exceptional listener and her bedside manner makes it easy for me to share any concerns. She's fully present and not rushed and is very thorough in her response to the topics I want to discuss. I trust her recommendations as she is always very prepared for the appointment, quickly toggling back into my medical record when necessary to look up a past issue, test, med etc.

Dr. Sherman is incredibly competent as an evidence based practitioner with excellent "bedside manner"

This was a first visit to this provider and I was very pleased with it.

She is very direct, knowledgeable and competent. Can seem a little distracted or short.

My previous MD retired and I chose Dr. Sherman. This first visit showed I made a good choice. She is kind, caring, and reassuring.

Dr Sherman was very direct, but I did not feel like she was talking to me respectfully. She made me feel like I was over dramatic and told me to relax multiple times when the reason I was in, was due to pain.

Dr Sherman is very Patient and spends time explaining things, I never feel rushed.

First appointment went very smoothly. I felt very comfortable and listened to.

Great clinic with compassionate and diverse staff, it is a pleasure to see the same MA's and front desk staff. Getting in to see Dr. Sherman was efficient and helpful, I am grateful for her to get to be my new PCP and she seemed to know what I need.

This was my first time seeing Dr Sherman to establish her as my primary care doctor. I had several things to discuss and she listened but it felt like she was really not focused on me.

With the internet today, most can get an idea of what they have.

I suspected I had shingles. I called at 10 am and they were able to squeeze me in at noon. Dr. Sherman recognized the rash right away and knew exactly what to do and what to prescribe. I was so appreciative of her and her staff for getting me in so quickly and getting me the prescriptions I needed.

This provider made sure that all my concerrns and questions about my health was answerd and I left very please with all the info that was given to me.

Dr Sherman is amazing and she cares about me. She cares about me even when I don't.

I have been seeing Carolyn Sherman for 15-20 years now. She is fantastic!! She listens, she cares, she explains, she takes time with me without acting rushed, she follows up on test results immediately, she is compassionate - I just can't say enough about her! I moved to Bremerton, WA 5 years ago and continue to see Carolyn Sherman because she's the best! It is a skill to be able to put a patient at ease in an exam room. Carolyn does that incredibly well!! :-)

Dr. Sherman is one of the best doctors that I have met at Swedish.

Dr Sherman has lightning fast responses to online correspondence, which I appreciate. I sometimes feel rushed in office visits and that maybe I am not getting everything I need from the visit. A friend went to a different doctor and was told her vitamin D levels were low and to take calcium and Vit D supplements. I was only told to take Vit D and no exact numbers- that I might be low in Vit D. I want a full, comprehensive physical when I come in and not have to ask for it.

Dr. Sherman is an excellent physician and I feel fortunate to be under her care.

Dr. Sherman is a new doctor for me (switched provider and clinics due to new employer medical insurance coverage changes). I am extremely happy that she was accepting new patients. She is a good listener, efficient, and highly competent. I'm relieved she'll be my new doctor.

She was quite curt and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She offered no helpful info, other than to tell me to see a different dr. Her bedside manner was the worst I've ever encountered.

Provider always excellent. Receptionist this time was exceptionally good. This person was very careful to explain where I should wait, quick with check-in process, acknowledged that I had completed the online check-in, overall just unusually pleasant.
