I have always trusted and appreciated Dr. Bonsack and team. All very professional and courteous. I don't mind the travel just so I can go to the West Seattle Clinic.

I love Bruce and will be very sad to see him go. He has found my cancer, sent me to psychiactric when I was having a breakdown, and is even now helping me through a very difficult time in my life.

The scheduling of the video visit was very good and I was surprised that I could be seen the same day (probably a fluke but appreciated anyway), the sudden change to being seen almost immediately was awkward but in the end worked out for everyone.

When I can get into see him it's always a good experience. It's just that he's booked put for months and if I have an emergent problem I have to see someone else.

The support staff from the waiting check in and to the nurse checking me in was professional and courteous.Dr. Bonsack is always professional, pleasant and listens well. He always checks up on what my chart and tests are as we get into the appointment. Always thorough and kind and compassionate.Will miss him when he retires.

I think Dr. Bonsack is just great. I have total trust in him. He asks that I let him know how I'm doing....and means it.

Dr Bonsack has always provided clear, complette and concise answers to my medical questions. For example, not only did he recommend hearing aids, he pointed me toward an NIH review article on the relationship between hearing and dementia. He has spotted issues early on (eg, blood sugar) and recommended lifestyle changes to counter them. Dr Bonsack is pleasant and very easy to talk to. He will be sorely missed when he retires.

Doctor Bonsack he's the best doctor ever and he's the most amazing doctor I've seen.

Dr Bonsack is the best doctor I've ever had - he is phenomenal but he is very hard to get to see. Usually we have to wait a month or two OR see an associate (who often is unfamiliar with our problems).

Dr Bonsac is the best a patient can have

Just wish I could get sooner appointments but I guess that just means he is a great doctor.

During my most recent visit, I brought up a concerning health condition that required additional tests to be done. That department was at a different location and they called me the same day to set up an appointment for my tests. This made me feel like my concerns were listened to and the urgency was addressed both by for my provider and the referral given to the other area of practice at Swedish.
