Excellent provider

My appointment was the result of my changing insurance and care providers. Dr. Tran spent an inordinate amount of time investigating my records online, asking pertinent questions, and taking care of my immediate needs for Rx transfers. Looking forward to having her as my PCP.

Dr. Tran was very familiar with my past history of the condition that I saw her for. She agreed that I should see the specialist who previously four years ago treated me for this condition and she referred me to see that specialist. Dr. Tran also had the PacMed lab give me the equipment for me to take an important sample.

I appreciated how thorough, personable, and helpful Dr. Tran was during my appointment.

Dr. Tran is thorough and genuinely cares about my issues following the MVA. I switched to her for my primary care because I couldn't wait for my previous PCP, who is currently on maternity leave until June 2026. This is the second time I've experienced a lengthy wait due to maternity leave with the same provider. MyChart does not offer an option to select a different healthcare professional for questions or requests during such an extended leave. The communication system in MyChart should address this issue.

For being a new patient with Dr. Tran, she was extremely knowledgeable about my medical history and I was grateful for her advice, especially in terms of preventive care. She also was extremely responsive in following up with my lab results.

The doctor was very dismissive and made an irrelevant comparison between doctors and lawyers simply because I asked if my prescription refills could be extended past a year. Her attitude became short and rude half way through my visit and I will never book an appointment with her again as a result.

Dr. Tran was very attentive. She listened carefully to my questions, answered and provided followup Qs. She shared some new perspectives and insights for me to think about. Will definitely return to work w her again. Patient, kind, and very wise!

Really enjoyed Dr Tran's approach and thorough explanation of the risks at my age and ongoing habits. Changing these practices now can extend my life and avoid costly medical procedures.

Dr. Tran is the best internist or primary care doctor I have ever seen. She listens to me. Together we decide on the best course of treatment or care for me. I never fell rushed or disrespected. I feel as though she truly cares about my well being. If you could clone Dr. Tran, you should! She could give all of your doctors lessons in brilliant and empathetic patient care!

In addition to the conversation, she ordered blood work and an X-ray. Both are critical. She learned some things about my health that I didn't know and I am extremely grateful for her and happy to have her as my primary care doctor. Thank you!

I really like my new doctor

Doctor misreported my smoking history on my H&P note stating I "smoke cigarettes" and "use vapes" - when I have never smoked nor used vapes in my life. I even marked my smoking status as a nonsmoker on my intake forms. I reached out to the doctor multiple times via mychart and even called the clinic - she has still not addended the note to address the inaccuracy. I don't feel like my concern is being taken seriously. I can overlook the careless typographic error but the lack of responsiveness when a mistake was made is concerning to me as a PCP.

Did not manage time in the appointment well. Does not respond promptly to my chart messages. Directed attention, eye contact, and advice to my partner (who attended the visit) and not me, the patient. Appointment felt rushed.

I wish I knew her name. It might be worth while disclosing the care team on the AVS to be able to acknowledge their good deeds. Very thankful I decided to go with this primary practice.

I've bounced between medical providers because of changes in insurance employment, etc.- Group Health, Sweedish.... I figured everyone was about the same. I always felt like some kind of product being pushed through as fast as possible, but with enough stops to inflate the final cost as much as possible. I know PMC is structured In the same way, but I was truly shocked by how positive my experiences have been. Everyone I've come into contact with has been amazing. I went to the wrong location, and the front desk person was so kind, told me where I should be, and phoned ahead for me. Then when I arrived I was brought in before I had a chance to finish my new patient paper work... In fact, your team spent so much time with me, and got me to where I needed to be so fast, that I didn't have a chance to finish it until after I was done. That included, my appointment, an x-ray, and a blood draw -- Amazing!The nurse was really thoughtful about my time and I could tell she was trying to maximize the time I spent with Dr. Tran. I was expecting the classic MD 10 minute sprint, but that didn't happen. I never felt rushed, and I felt like Dr. Tran spent the time to really understand my questions and concerns.I've been referred to specialists in the past, but ended up never scheduling for a number of reasons; no one every followed up so I just let the time pass. But this time, within a few days of my appointment, another amazing member of your team followed up by phone and helped me schedule an appointment within the week, and then she sent a note to the second specialist, who's office called and helped me schedule another appointment the following week. I've been annoying my wife with tails of your greatness. "Honey, you're not going to believe this! They helped me schedule another appointment! For next week!!" When I interact with your team I feel like a human being-not a product, but as a result you're able to bill more to me in one week than I've spent in the last two years on health care. I've always been of the opinion that humane treatment of customers/patients is good business sense, and I think this is a perfect example.Thank you. I truly appreciate it.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Tran, and I was very impressed. She had read my medical history and invited me to consider some medical care options right away. She listened and responded thoughtfully. I was very pleased with how the appointment went.

The provider was clearly unattending and rushing. She spoke so fast that I could barely understand her. It was obvious that she working fast because of the timeframe doctors are told to spend with each person. I felt so rushed that I didn't have time to process the seriousness of my visit. Before I knew it she was standing at the door. I don't know I felt sorry for the most, the provider or myself.

While my primary physician was completely busy that day, he was able to step in and discuss the issue with me. It was only a poke in past the door, but those 5 minutes were very much appreciated.

I like the access and treatment. Aspects of follow-up could be improved to promote better outcome, prevention/ planning. It would provide the complement of an excellent treatment program featuring easy access, planning/prevention, treatment, follow-up.

I was looking for a new primary doctor after my doctor retired after 28 years. I really thought the doctor was excellent and the nurse was nice too.

To find a provider that smart and understand Medication and how simple issue like triglycerides can impact so much. She is the only one read the chart and got it, without much repeat.

This doctor was able to see me on a short notice. I was very grateful. I am not having a good experience with my 2nd physical therapist, but this doctor was great.

I had a great experience. I brought my issue forward with a provider before and felt not cared for. Dr. Tran took the time needed and ordered all necessary checks to resolve the issue I brought forward. I would recommend her. I also liked that my blood work and x-rays were done very quickly in the same place. Very efficient service.

Continue your compassion to your senior patients

This was a visit to establish a new PCP. Dr. Tran was thorough in her assessments, listened to- and addressed- all my concerns, and established a good plan for follow up care. She was knowledgeable and skilled in her clinical approach (I am a healthcare provider myself so can tell when someone is lacking in these areas) and very professional and forthright.

She was very friendly. I was afraid that she might judge me for my mistakes, but she didn't, and she was very empathic. Most doctors are not usually empathic or understanding with their patients.

The medical provider was taking notes & pictures on her personal phone, which I understand gets uploaded to the app. However, that is still her personal phone. That's is outrageously unprofessional.
