She was very courteous and professional and got right the the point without any chit chat. She also noticed an imbalance in my posture for which she scheduled xrays and her observations proved to be accurate. (although I wish that they weren't!)

Dr Methvin is great! I've had issues finding a doctor and then they end up leaving so I'm really hoping she'll stay at PacMed. She listens and gives me achievable, practical steps to achieve my health goals

Dr.Methvin gave kind and thorough care, making sure I had the referral I needed for a specialist. She went out of her way to see I had an appointment that day so I could make informed and appropriate decisions about my health. I was so pleased with the level of care she gave me.

Dr Methvin has been the best primary care provider I've ever established care with. She listens to my questions and concerns and has guided me every step of the way through a hypertension diabetic diagnosis.

My primary care doctor amanda is amazing explaining how my medication affects my health and she like me asking questions everything which I would love too so I can understand change in my body. She's always respond every time I call her nurse like last month I have an issue of getting my prescription and I got a respond from her. So I am grateful for having a doctor who care for for their patient.

Everyone very friendly when I walk in

As a 2nd generation immigrant, growing up in the US I had to learn to navigate the healthcare system and understand it enough to be able to assist my family (mom, dad, brother, and grandparents) with scheduling appointments, translating, and billing issues. In my family's eyes healthcare was only sought after for dire circumstances/emergencies. Annual check ups, flu shots, and mental health care were inconsequential. Although state insurance was available, my family always had the fear of causing debt and shame therefore they would avoid going to the doctors at all costs. It wasn't until my senior year of high school when I decided to break the stigma and prioritize my mental and physical well being. Although I qualified for state insurance, it was tough learning/managing co-pays and costs of prescription medicine. It became a challenge when I no longer qualified for state insurance and had to purchase through my employer. Medical care that was once accessible was now no longer affordable for me. As a result I hopped around different clinics in hopes of finding the most affordable care. I met many different doctors and nurses but they don't compare to Dr. Methvin and her team. When I first met Dr. Methvin in 2020 I immediately felt at ease. She is warm, caring, non judgmental and culturally aware. Her expertise in multiple areas from medicine to mental health and preventive care is impeccable. Dr. Methvin helped me get through a very challenging time in my life. Fast forward to today, I am in better standings and feel safe and secure in her care. Thank you for all you do Dr. Methvin.
