Dr Jiang is a new doctor. I am not yet totally comfortable with her. I would like her to be a little more thorough when I come in for specific issues.

Dr. Jiang, with my permission, used a recording method and AI to document my visit and our discussion. This method greatly improved the personal interaction that we were able to have. I felt that she was treating me and listening to me rather than taking care of the computerized documentation. Additionally she was very helpful and reassuring related to a test result that was causing me a fair amount of anxiety. As we are getting to know each other I am having greater confidence in my relationship with Dr. Jiang.
