I like my doctor and feel like she pays careful attention to what I say, and offers good advice.

Provider was great! I felt listened to and respected. She offered advice and information proactively, so I didn't feel like I had to advocate for my care myself.

This was my first visit with Dr Jiang as my previous doctor retires June 2026. I feel she was concerned about me as a patient and listened provided some suggestions but followed up with more evidence (xrays) before making a diagnosis and treatment plan. I also liked her teaching skill with an intern. She allowed the intern to ask me questions and observed the conversation finally asking the intern, "can you think of anything else?" She then showed her experience by asking me additional questions and making suggestions. I feel comfortable about choosing Dr Jiang as my replacement Healthcare provider.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Jiang recently, and am so glad I chose her as my PCP! She listened to my questions and concerns, and provided thoughtful advice. Never felt embarrassed or judged! She just seemed genuinely happy to help :)

I didn't mind to wait a few mins before I saw Dr Jiang. Usually I attribute it with the dr spending extra time with the patient scheduled before me. I'm grateful that Dr Jiang seemed not mind my asking some questions. She's a good listener.

My experience was excellent from start to finish

Excellent communication. Was able to receive blood test same day and scheduled other tests easily. Dr Jiang was easy to talk to, listened to me and provided great feedback.

I am satisfied with the care I am receiving. I trust and understand the Doctor's insights. It is me who prefers holistic care which may not be practical with your team set up providing naturopathic care which is slow. I get it that it is me to blame not following 100% advice doctor give in taking medication. It is difficult to explain my situation convincingly within few minutes of visits. I respect the doctor and the her time. Ultimately it is my body I need to think of .

I feel the most comfortable with Dr. Jiang than I have felt with any doctor in decades. She listens attentively and responds clearly and kindly to my questions.

Dr. Alice Jiang is the most wonderful, competent, caring and empathetic physician. I refer tons of patients to her, and tell them about how amazing she is. She is always familiar with my medical history, asks thoughtful questions, and is fantastic at making shared decisions with me. My whole family loves her.

When I had my first meeting with Dr. Jiang as my new PCP, she referred me to palliative care - which I think my pulmonologist should have done - and it completely changed the quality of life for me, with OT and PT appointments. I think she's wonderful and I hope being forced into a grueling schedule doesnt change the quality of her listening abilities and her care for patients.

The doctor was excellent. I followed her advice to the letter and it cured my condition as she predicted.

My care provider was very good at listening to me & answered my questions

Dr Jiang was great- both in the exam and afterwards when I emailed her regarding a referral that I needed to see a psychical therapist (she responded right away). She's a great listener, and answered all of my health questions.

Dr. Jiang is an amazing doctor. She takes great care of my parents and me, too. She always spends as much time as we need and follows up with everything. She's very collaborative with patients and helps them by meeting them where they are and moving at their pace. This is one of the best care experiences I've ever had. Thank you Dr. Jiang.

It was a wonderful experience

Doctor Jiang is the best primary I've ever had. She listens, she acts, and explains things to me well. When she's not the specialist I should talk to, she tells me so. I love that about her and trust her very much. I never feel ignored and wish more doctors were like her. I would follow her if she left your practice. I usually don't think I need a primary because I need more specialists over a primary - she's not the norm. Make sure you keep her! :)
